"If I could give them a -0 I would! Don’t move here,unless you want a pet rat and pet roaches! We pay our rent,on time all the time! Some how they are charging us,late rent fee! We’ve tried calling emailing and going up to the office and nothing hasn’t changed after we proofed to them. About our rent being on time! We moved out early,bought a house we couldn’t take this shit no longer! Our neighbors across from us was rude,and slamming doors throughout the night! Once we moved out,we still haven’t received our deposit check back. I’ve been calling and emailing them about our deposit checks,they never called us back! We’ve been with these,apartments less than 2 years until our house was finally finished. Was the best decisions we made,moving out early."

"If I could give this place less than one star, I would.
I lived here from 2021 through April 2023 and ended up being evicted. Right on the onset of move in I had roaches in my fridge and I couldn't cook or eat for a month as I called every - single - day for them to fix it.
Only after I got my dad to come into the office with me (after going in several times my self) did they finalyl fix the issue. Even after that debacle, Their roach problem was HORRIBLE. Their pest treatment, that you pay monthly for, doesn't work anmd they only come out if you "request it" when it should be regular sprayings. I ended up having to pay for third party pest treatment that, SHOCKER (NOT) took care of the problem fast.
My apartment flooded because a water heater above my apartment broke and flooded mine. The water seeped into my carpet and they took weeks to fix it - and even then the fixes were sub par. There is no doubt mold in the carpets. You could see it on the ceilings even. My stuff was soaked, and the entire time I equally had to hound them for anything to be done. I was in their office every day DEMANDING for something to be done. It was like pulling teeth.
To make matters worse, I was disabled and they refused to help with a bed bug case because I had to move all of my furniture out for them to do the abysmally minimal treatment. Their treatment is subpar and does not work. When I asked for a second opinion from the aforementioned, third party pest control business, they confirmed the moderate - severe bedbug infestation, they also confirmed that additional treatments would have been absolutely needed to fix the issue.
All of my belongings were destroyed by the bugs. Years of my life and history just gone. My orthopedic bed was destroyed and I messed up my back and couldn't work and had to sleep on my couch that I had for years that had a dent in it so it messed up my back more. The bed bugs moved there too with some time. I had no one who could help me so I was screwed. I had all of this furniture for years prior with no bed bug issues. I seldom left the apartment and I didn't get any new beloingings. Heck I seldom left because it was UNSAFE. The area is RAMPANTLY UNSAFE. The lighting is abysmal, and gun shots are regular. Just the very day before I left there were about 6 - 7 gunshots to leave this hell hole with a resounding "bang"~!
I have videos upon videos and pictures upon pictures. Please spare yourself the hell that I went through and do not move here. I promise you you will regret it."

Unit smells like weed or strange orders constantly. Never been one for incense/ candles or fans constantly going but don't have a choice some days it's so strong.
Been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed since July August. Been looked at by three individuals/teams and still not resolved "waiting on parts" or some excuse.
Door handle to microwave broke and maint drilled a hole through it to secure it to keep it from pinching or cutting my hand and ended up cracking the door. Again "waiting on parts"
Water damage and now a forming hole over my bed. Also mentioned this before to when i I first moved in. "The buildings old there's bound to be staining" rpm management..greystar now aware and supposedly ..another ticket..
Cracks forming now in my ceilings and walls. Rpm was aware never addressed. greystar aware waiting if they'll do anything.
Flooring/subfloor/cracks issues waiting on contractor. Been a ongoing issue and now tiles are coming up in bathroom. To the point the toilet now leans.
Loose dogs and dog*hit in multiple grass areas. Which is supposedly against lease terms. Supposed leash laws but daily I see people who let their dogs big and small run loose and or never pick up after them to busy staring at their phones/can't control their dogs or daring you to say something.
tenants working on vehicles in parking areas less it's changed is against lease terms. Even watched one tenant drain his scooter oil onto the ground before riding off.
One building near me blasting their music till around 3am throwing beers etc on the ground smoking etc.. it's 3am..cmon. also spoke with office on this
Don't bother with pest control, better off getting your own sprays/etc for the constantly mentioned roach/gnat issues. They'll come in out some powder down and walk out. *witnessed on my cameras*. If i don't stay on top of it, I'm killing at least 8+ roaches daily.
If your parked near a bus for kid stop don't bother trying to exit. People park and block pass through or kids running in and out of drive path vs on sidewalks or grass areas.
Be hyper aware when walking at night early morning. Seen multiple rental security companys. One guy was asleep in his security car in front of the office when I walked by with my dogs. He woke up and didn't even get out of his car and simply rolled down the window a little and asked if I even lived here. I ignored him out of annoyance and he simply went back to sleep.
when i first moved in a tenant saved my ass when a group of people tried jumping me when I was moving in at night after work.
Mentioned above. Prepare to take days off to make sure things get done or addressed or maint will claim they show up when they haven't or claim dogs loose. *also addressed with office and when brought to my attention I searched through two months of video cloud storage* or not show up at all. Theirs no communication whatsoever. I've taken multiple days off schedule switched and each time I've let the office know so someone's home/time/had my dogs at work with me or locked up/ schedule..nothing.
Outside lighting in areas. Some buildings have outside lights, and the majority don't or have exposed wires and no fixtures or working bulbs.
When spoke with office to find out what's going on. My option is to hurry and wait and see..or transfer into another unit with a 150 bucks transfer fee on top of a additional 100 rent jump for a "new" unit. (I use the term new extremely loosely) been told multiple times my tickets have been bumped to priority (two crews have been out for the same tickets twice now and didn't remember me till i opened the door).
I seriously really didn't want to do this. But wanted to make people aware that yes rents "lower" but don't be fooled by the pretty pictures or website. What you pay is what you get. Before you sign walk the property prior to visit. Be aware when they show you the show apartments."
"We are just moving in but the staff has been great. We had a few little hiccups with the process, but the entire team including the property manager (I’m sorry I forgot her name) Lydell and Cash have been helpful, patient and kind. We look forward to our new home in this community. Thank you."
"Would not recommend. They do not offer tours for applicants to see what they’re walking into. Shame on me for still signing because the apartment wasn’t even full functioning order when I moved in… Dirty floors, dead roaches in cabinets, broken water heater and washer dryer, leaks in back wall causing flooding despite lease stating there was no history of flooding. These guys are Grade A liars and don’t know how to run a community."
