"I moved here almost a year ago and it's been great. Management is nice, it's always clean and kept, typically quiet with no crime until now! For the past 2 nights my car has been broken into. The first night they didn't take anything they just went through my car and threw things all over the floor. Last night they actually popped my back window and attempted to steal my car. They ripped the wires out under my steering wheel and left so much damage. I feel like there should be some type of apt security riding around 24/7 because i've seen 2 other reviews saying their cars actually got STOLEN and obviously nothing was done because mine was almost stolen as well!"
"Make this place your last place to call HOME. I’ve lived here for a year in a half, during my stay I’ve had multiple times that ppl have tried breaking into my brand new car. My car has been scratched and dented between the doors are damaged from many break in attempts. The front office claims that there is “ security” walking around. LIES!! Not one time have I seen an officer. I’m down to my last month living here… After renting a moving POD the young guy Johnathan and Salena tried bullying me to have it move off the premises. They’ve called the moving company threatening to have it towed. Which in the leasing agreement there’s no where that states, having a POD for moving purposes is prohibited. Let’s not mention they referred to it as being recreational property! So if you don’t want to deal with nasty management, bad pest control “roaches” and not knowing if a break in is going to happen, water leaks in the ceiling CIMARRON LANDING APTS. is not a place to call home. RUN!!! Run!! Run!!"
"I have had the best leasing Eliana who works in the leasing office. I love her! Eliana has always been so nice and helpful. She always jumps to help anyone who walks in the door. I believe Eliana is a great asset to your company. Please consider keeping her on board!!!"
"I loved the apts. while I was there. They have good and bad reviews. I Only lived there for 1 yr. and after 3 months , I started getting infestation with Bed Bugs. Never had 1 roach inside my apt. Had to literally throw away everything out of my apt. and still with that, I had bed bug issues. I had told the office and they wanted me to pay for the treatment when its a problem they already have been dealing with. What I love about the property, that is really quite. Also when its your birthday, office will bring you some cookies and balloons to your door. Love that, specially for the kids. I would rent here again. Also there is problems with parking. Its 6pm and no where to park. You will have to park far from your apartment. They will have to really do so major upgrades on this apartment for the amount of rent they are charging now.. Also when you sign contract, they will say your water bill will be no more than $50 a month for a 2 bedroom. In reality you will be paying over $130. In which is crazy. Overall they were not bad apts."
"The apartments are not bad and the people in office is okay but the car break in is getting out of control. Security is needed I mean an actual patrol going around the apartment 24/7. It’s sad that thief’s can make a place not enjoyable. My car has been broken into twice. The second time they tried to steal it and management is making enough money as rent is up hell the water bill is up where they can get a security officer. A officer or security you actually see patrolling the apartments."
