"I've been living at the Catalyst Houston apts for nearly a year. First and foremost I feel very safe at the Catalyst. The staff is so Nice and addresses all issues immediately. The building is clean and when you visit the lobby it smells like a 5star hotel.All the women in the office are So professional and Sweet. Thank you Catalyst for making my downtown home the Best!"
"Moving into Catalyst has been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to Houston! I moved here in August from Florida and did not know anyone in Texas, but was immediately welcomed into the Catalyst family by the residents and the amazing leasing team. The amenities are so beautiful and always very tidy and well maintained. Everyone at Catalyst - the leasing team (shoutout to Eddie and Annette), the valet, the concierge, and the residents, are all some of the friendliest people you will meet. If you choose to live here, you will not regret it! It truly is a special place."

Annette, in particular, made my move-in experience amazing. She was so helpful and genuinely made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Everyone at the complex was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. "I've been living here for a little over a year and this is absolutely the best place that I've ever had the privilege of calling my home. The staff is attentive and quick to solve any problems I may have, and both the location and amenities here are amazing. There's always social events that they're hosting and there's amazing networking opportunities due to living here as well. Best place to live in Houston, hands down."

She was patient and updated me every step of the way, she also made sure my move in experience was super breezy and stress free and I love living at the Catalyst. The concierge, valet even down to the maintenance personnels are all super helpful ….everyone is delightful and I am happy I got to work with Annette, truly recommend her!

I just want to give Chelsea her flowers! Once again, impeccable customer service from this team…. I had an issue with my billing and she resolved it with the 3rd party company in less than 4 hours without hassle. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable on what to do to keep a resident happy and I am grateful for that! Thank you so much again Chelsea!!!"
"I toured the Catalyst on the 4th of January and it's even more beautiful in person. Annette was great and super helpful . She was very inviting and did not miss a beat! It was almost as if she knew what we wanted before we did. If we were on the fence before, she definitely was what had us ultimately apply. She was just super inviting and made us feel like we were already neighbors. Unfortunately , I did have to take a star off for the valet in the front. When my partner and I first arrived, he was not inviting at all and we were parked right in front of him! We rolled down the window and he continued to scroll on his phone. He looked up a couple times but did not approach us at all. Honestly, we were ready to go home after seeing that but decided to give it a chance . The front staff was okay but Annette really brought it home. I'm not sure if Valet had a bad day but I was very patient and we eventually had to call for his attention and he told us to just move the car up . Nothing further. Wish i could give 4.5 stars. Everything else was stellar. :)"
