"Roach infested leaky roofs maintenance sucks never comes reported my freezer burnt out over a week ago no one ever came the pool is disgusting and always closed for maintenance but no one works on it . My stove only has 2 working burner's reported that 2 years ago when we first moved in still never got taken care of they say put in maintenance requests we do we also report in with the office after making the reports or before making the reports. Still nothing gets taken care of they're so worried about fixing the parking lot that doesn't need to be fixed instead of helping the residents with leaking ceilings CREATING MOLD I've had a mold specialist come out once already force them to fix the ceiling in one spot they half as fixed it now my living room ceiling has a hole in it and is growing mold and still nothing has been done now I'm going to corporate hopefully corporate will do something about this if not I'm taking it to the media.

"This Place is horrible. we have mold in our unit, and they turned around and put us in another unit they "claimed" would be ready on the 31st of last month. we get in and the sink is backed up, the toilet doesn't flush, we don't have hot water, the microwave shorts out the lights, the stove doesn't work, there is no water seal on the door. this is GARGABE, so I guess we have to stop being friendy. we are being bullied because of the first bad review my wife left. well now I'M leaving one and we are about to turn this is to an entire ordeal. you two ladies in the office know who am."
"I have lived here now for over 5 years and still love it here!! The office staff and maintenance are AMAZING!!!
The price is just right and the upgrades around the property and inside units are beautiful.

"I have been a resident here at Carriage Woods for going on 12 years now, and management has always been incredibly gracious and helpful to me. I’ve lived in multiple units over the years, had roommates come and go, and management always helped me as much as they possibly could.
Pennie(manager), and Anna (leasing agent) are both very knowledgeable, informative, and they have a warm energy about them that will help you relax and mellow out quickly, especially if you’re like me and deal with anxiety all the time. Their service is unparalleled and unmatched, in my eyes.
If you’re looking for a place where the management actually DOES care about their residents, and values their business, look no further!"
"We've lived here for 3.5 years. It's been a nice 1st apartment. They fix things pretty quickly- we've had roof leaks, broken fridge handle, microwave replacement, cabinet door adjustments, extra pest control, they even installed a ceiling fan when I asked. We always report issues right away and they come in a day or 2 for sure. We just got a new roof and they are currently doing curb appeal renovations outside. Laura and Phoenix are always helpful; they let me know when I have a package and see them in passing. I love being able to jump on 45 either direction within a block but it's not too noisy because the car dealership separates us. You can hear the football games and pep-rallies at the high-school if you don't have the tv or our own music on. It's kinda fun actually. The neighbors are mostly friendly and very diverse. I've always felt safe here. Overall a nice & affordable place to live."
