"Beware. This place is infested with mice and management could care less. Numerous complaints from tenants who endure(d) this problem have have been, and continue to be ignored or at best covered up. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests, and many are routinely ignored. The only good thing about Carlyle is that it is quiet and the landscaping is decent. If you're not ok with mice, DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will be traumatized."
"I rent a property from them my approval was very quick Ana was very helpful once I moved in I notice a couple of structural issues and Jenni was so helpful and got it taken care of in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend a rental property from this management company."
"More Cons to living here than Pros.
1) Outdated Payment Methods. It's 2022 and they don't accept credit and debit payments. Wow.
2) Understaffed & Overworked Maintenance team.
3) Poorly constructed buildings which use low quality materials that require frequent maintenance from the overworked and understaffed maintenance team.
4) Rusty old appliances.
5) Deplorable practices when preparing an apartment for new tenants. They did not clean out the mold central ac system. It's also old, rusty, and leaks refrigerant. It also condensates excessively. Also, they literally just painter over the entire apartment instead of fixing underlying problems with the water pipes and electrical wiring.
Do yourself a favor and do a good look over of the apartment. Also check to see if the appliances function. Or, you know, live somewhere else."
"The worst apartment complex I ever lived in. Please do not move in apt 502. The beams inside of the walls creaked so loud every time the neighbors walked, it seemed as if they were going to fall through the roof. There are leaky pipes, the water pressure gets low, and sometimes there is no hot water due to the boiler that's been there since the beginning of time. Maintenance does not fix things right the first time and they had to be called several times until the problem was fixed. The a/c went out 3 times in one week. Also, the apartment floods during heavy rain."
