"I move in on the September 9, 2022 move out January 3, 2023 Move in my apt was nothing like the mangers and the assistant manager say that I would get…. The refrigerator was not working since I move in and out (it is old keep getting coldest at the top and bottom it will shout off and come back on 45min)the a/c unit stop working for 3 days, there were damage and spot on the wall Do I NeedTo Go On!!! ….manger I prayed for lease office and the maintenance guy …..If They Can Not Show You The Apartment when you come in!!!Do Not Sign A Lease"
"The worst property manager in the world! Neome is a miserable person and is so hard to deal with! On top of that she's a scammer, I moved out November 2023 and she charged me December rent although my friend got my unit. She also will call u a liar to your face about your money. They will send maintenance to cut your compressor off in the hot summer weather out of spite. This lady is absolutely disgusting and the other tenants in the apartment feels the same way! I'm currently looking for who's over this property to report her. She is definitely an unpleasant property manager that NEVER has a smile on her face! I mean I know her teeth are close to gone but she could at least smile!"
"I have been here since 12-2016 and cannot wait for my lease to be up.
My bedroom window will not stay up.
They do not trim the trees so you cannot even enjoy having your balcony open to get some fresh air circulating. Keyword tree roaches.
Neighbors let dogs poop everywhere and do not clean up the poop on their balconies.
Massive cat issue cause they allow the residents to feed the cats.
Between the cats and and poop it always smells.
Couldn't pay me to get into the pool.
My toilet has stopped working 4 times already. This last time I asked them to bring towels and they did not.
Waterbill is outrageous 50 a month.
The condition of the apartments are Horrid. I should be able to take a bath in my own home but I refuse and only take showers. Stove is anciet and hard to cook on cause it's just not right. The trash inbetween my dishwasher is gross. My apt smells like dirty cats.
Towed neighbors car and said they pit notices on everybodys door but I asked all my neighbors on my side and neighbors in others and they advised me they were not notified either.
The only good things is the complex is small and parking is close.
Look forward to getting out of here at end of lease!
Did not notify me they had a package so I reported it stolen.
Front office has attitude problem and will not claim responsibility of their own actions and as you see ignore these reviews.
I pay my rent on time everytime so this review is 100% honest."
"Hello I currently reside at the Carlisle apartments. I enjoy my apartment very much, very spacious and clean. The ladies in the office are real nice and very understanding...i love the fact that the pool is very clean and gets cleaned every week. I would recommend everyone to come visit the complex if your looking for a new residence."
"Too bad I cant give a less than 1 Star Rating. I lived in these apts from 2013-2014, I always paid my rent on time and never had any issues. After a yr or two after I moved out I noticed there was a charge of over $1400 on my credit report. I contacted the office and was greeted by negativity and I was never provided with an itemized statement of why I was being charged. Nancy and Naomi were very rude and didnt provide me with the information I requested. These women are scammers and they keep bad books."
