"Brandi and Michelle made my move in easy and fast. Just moved here less than 6 months ago from Houston and it’s been a breeze. The grounds, amenities, and pool are standard (usually well kept). Loved that it’s a gated community with multiple options to get in. Also love that you have the opportunity to split your rent with Flex if you qualify. I’m located in the back so it’s very peaceful with minimal noise and problems. Apartments are on the smaller side but everything is updated and in working order. I wasn’t used to having only one option for lights/internet provider but it panned out. We are being charged for water/sewer but that’s more of a city of Conroe problem than it is the apartment complex. I’m a animal lover and it seems to be a community that caters to a lot of fur babies here. The more people move in the less I see them cleaning up after their pups. That’s one of the biggest flaws I see. Parking is starting to get a little hectic after 8/9pm as more residents move in. Definitely recommend covered parking or a garage if your able to afford it. Haven’t had a issue with the electronic key as of yet so I think it’s a plus. I’m really enjoying my little apartment and looking forward to the rest of my stay ?"

"I have lived at the complex for almost 4 years now. The current office staff is very kind and seem to be here to help. It’s a nice place to live, also very affordable. The complex has always seemed pretty safe, the grounds and property are generally kept clean. They added gates about a year which to have the added safety. I haven’t ever any major maintenance which is a plus. Even though I am moving out when my lease is up, I would recommend you giving this complex a chance if you are looking."
"Michelle was super helpful throughout the whole year we lived there. She answered any questions we had! Whenever we needed help with something we got quick maintenance so shout out to them as well. The property stayed nice 24/7 and it’s the perfect location. To rate to inside, it’s very clean and beautiful. Feels like a true home. Only advice would be not to get a corner on the first floor as you can’t open windows at night or sit on the patio as there is not much privacy but other than that 10/10"
"I am new resident at this beautiful apartment complex and the process was fantastic! Michelle did a wonderful job from the first meeting we had and got back to me and my brother in a timely matter. Everything was great!
The only DOWNSIDE will be that below my apartment on the first floor , one of the tenants puts all his or her stuff ( beach seats , umbrellas, bikes ) under the common stairs and it looks cluttered and unsanitary."
"We have officially been staying here for one month. There is nothing negative I can say about the complex. We love it so much! We love how quiet and peaceful our complex feels. The only thing we dislike is parking. We have noticed people that stay in the other side of our complex park infront of our apartment units and we have been having issues finding parking and have to park further from our unit. Other than that we love it here."
