"Nice property to live. We had couple of issues when we moved in. Maintenance took care of it right away. Maintenance person Armando was very polite and friendly. Did a great job and fixed the issues."
"Armando the maintenance guy was wanderful. I had my front lock door not working due to low battery that i should have mentioning to them before and he came to help me very quick. He was so nice and professional. Camden is very good with making sure the residents are satisfied with all the maintenance issues."
"I was very happy living here. However, we have now reached the inevitable end, and I have to move out. This is because this apartment complex does not take your complaints into consideration. You can send dozens of emails, but all you receive is an apology. For weeks, I’ve been emailing the manager about an issue with my trash not being picked up, filing complaints, but my trash is still not collected. Yet, I continue to pay the valet fee. This complex acts very unfairly and prioritizes their commercial relationships with vendors over their relationships with tenants. I do not recommend moving here!
And also they will tell you that this is a smoke-free community. Don’t believe it. People can comfortably smoke hookah by the pool, and no one intervenes!"
"I had an amazing experience with Armando while he serviced my maintenance order! He was incredibly pleasant, efficient, and respectful throughout the process. I truly appreciate the excellent service here! ?""
"Our AC was not working and our maintenance guy Armando was such a big help. He came in right on time and fixed everything immediately. He was very kind and handled everything professionally. I highly recommend his service!"
