"I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout the years and hands down Camden Spring Creek Apartments has been the best! The entire staff continues to amaze me, always very attentive to my needs/requests and exceed my expectations every time. The community feels safe, is very clean and friendly. "I’ve lived here for 5 years and really feel at home here. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to requests. The pool and grounds are well maintained. Decent and fair pricing for rent. Great location if you work at any of the hospitals in the Woodlands; less than 15 min drive away. Close to the Woodlands Mall. Overall, a great apartment complex."
"Camden Spring Creek is one of the very well maintained apartment complexes in the Spring/Woodlands area. I've lived here for 16 months and I have nothing but good things to say about the community. Everyone at the leasing office is very friendly and approachable. Maria in particular has been a huge help all through. She always went above and beyond in providing assistance whenever necesessary. And, all my maintenance requests were taken care of on the same day.
The units are spacious, residents are courteous and everyone follows the rules. The property felt very very safe."
"The apartments are nice but customer service was not there. We went to tour and the lady was not the best person. She said we could do a self guided tour and I understand this might work for some but we were left by ourselves to look for the models and didn’t have anyone to answer questions when we were in the units. We will not be coming back and we went next door where customer service is a priority."
"We lived in Camden Spring Creek Apartment for 5 years. During this time, especially the sales manager Cara helped us a lot in every way. They have a great team. Also, the maintenance team is amazing. No maintenance request is postponed, they always try to do it the same day. John and Ricardo are very respectful and helpful.
And also thanks to Danielle from Camden main office.
Unfortunately, we had to move because our house was too far from our new workplace, otherwise we would never have thought of moving. I hope we will rent a house in Camden Apartments again one day. We thank everyone individually."
