"I have been living in Camden Apartments for the past year, and my experience has been really good. The neighbors and staff are very friendly. Maintenance is excellent and super fast. Like in many apartments, there are some ups and downs; for instance, during the summer, some cars had their tires stolen. However, the management is working to improve this by providing sheriff counseling and other measures. All the amenities are well-maintained, and the park is great for kids.
Staffs : Ashley , Jeremie and Heather are super friendly and helpful always with their smiles :)"
"I have been staying in Camden down Cinco Ranch apartments for more than 2 years. Service and maintenance is very good. Easy to reach and available. Heather is very kind and polite. She helped us on addressing all the leasing and service issues promptly. I appreciate her on doing her job honestly."
"I’m leaving in Camden Downs at Cinco Ranch for last 1 and half year and enjoying staying in this apartment community. Rooms are spacious. Schools and shops are nearby. Always got prompt and positive responses for any of my maintenance request. All the staff members are very cooperative, specially Heather Kropf (Leasing Consultant). She is the one with whom I contacted 1st while leasing an apartment here and after that she is always there to helps us out with any of our issues, concerns or queries. I’ll always recommend this apartment community. Thanks"
"Not safe anymore. Management isn't securing the community. Things are being stolen from everywhere.
Not recommended for anyone who wants to live in a secure place with peace.
Update: 2 vehicles broken in just days after meeting with sheriff"
"Nice community with spacious apartments.. most apartments in this community has spacious living room but small bed rooms. With a king size bed you will then have search for space to move around.. community has all amenities required and the interior of all apartments looks new. Very less apts with hardwood floors.."
