"Being a new widow and transferring from one apartment unit to another, My husband and I have lived here for five years. I love the bold New paint job of the Complex, They’re always upgrading and coming up with new amenities for the residents.
I love that the washer and dryer come with the unit, I’m older and Don’t have to carry laundry baskets across the property to do laundry. The apartments have a lot of Decorating extras , and fixtures .
The Fireplace, Ceiling fans, fenced patios,
That make it more like a home, than an apartment.
The maintenance staff is personable, Friendly, and Quick to fix anything needed. You couldn’t ask for a better Manager, and office staff. They’re upbeat, and happy to take care of any issues , and solve any problems. They were a compassionate godsend, Recently , in my move, And they have Gone out of their way , to make a difficult situation so much easier for me. This morning, I’m drinking my coffee and looking out my patio door. The azaleas are blooming and so are the oak trees. ?
It looks like it’s snowing.

"We just moved in a month ago and so far we love it here. The location is very convenient in town and we love the apartment. The floor plan is really good for our family and we love having lots of space and closets everywhere. There is a canal that runs along the back of the complex which is really beautiful and is a nice area to walk around. Also having a gym thats open 24/7 is really nice. Most of the time the gym is completely open and you have it to yourself when you are in there. Theres also a ton of open parking which is really nice if you have guests or multiple cars because you never have to worry about finding a spot. We are really happy with our new little spot and have recommended the complex to family and friends."
"I was helping my best friend and his wife, another good friend of mine. One of the managers was an older woman and had an attitude problem. She wouldn’t walk with us down to the property, she just gave us the keys to look for ourselves. I would not recommend this at all. Also, the railing going up to the second story apartments is not up to code and as a safety violation. It’s extremely rickety. I considered moving here myself until I saw that. Now I want nothing to do with this place."
"My friend told me that she got an email saying they were doing a walk through on the outside, balcony/patio and seeing if there is trash or whatever outside. And saying they were gonna fine people but yet they cannot even do their job and spray for bugs/insect. There is flying roaches ants all over the place and some caterpillars that when i google it, it says poisonous to pets if they bite/eat it. And there are cob webs everywhere it's disgusting. There are roaches all around the mail boxes and the trash cans out at the mail boxes. And there is a light blue CR-V Honda from California with flat tires and expired tags from 2020. And also another car out there that is black Lincoln MLK with expired tags from 2023.
She told me all this because I was gonna look into moving here, it looks nice from the outside when i was driving in. But when I went to her place and she showed me around I don't think i would be moving here cause when i actually looked at everything, it did not look the nicest for what the rent is and being on Marina Bay Dr."
"I moved into the CP Waterfront apartments a month before the Hurricane Beryl; using the hurricane as an excuse for the dilapidated living conditions listed here reflects the management's lack of concern for their residents.
Fleas. Live cockroaches. No drain in the tub, no fan in the exhaust fan over the stove, refrigerator is missing or has broken shelves and freezes my cokes to the point where they explode no matter the therm setting. No water pressure in the shower. The second floor balcony is semi-attached to rotten wood. The washing machine stops when the tub is filled unless you find the magic cycle. The dishwasher leaves grease and food on the dishes after washing.
It's obvious that the cost-saving measures taken by management are meant to boost their bonuses, not the quality of living for the residents."
