"Great place to live. My husband and I lived here for 15 months. The management is really great and understanding. My husband’s car got stolen out of the garage BUT the leasing office cooperated with the police department by giving them video footage of the crime (so you know the cameras in the garage actually work). His car was later found. So yes there have been some bumps in the road but the management is always listening and doing what they can to help the residents. Honestly there is crime everywhere, if someone wants to steal something, they will find a way, so we definitely don’t blame the office. The complex and amenities are beautiful and definitely deserves the status of luxury living. So if you’re iffy about living here, I say do it! Regardless of where you go, I doubt you’ll find management team who genuinely works with tenants and promptly resolving issues!"
"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. Most property managers don’t really care about their residence, but Broadstone Memorial Park took it to a whole new low.
The continuously charge you for amenity fees, such as gas for the grills, which do not work, and have not worked for the past three years.
We had several natural disasters last year, to which Broadstone Memorial Park was affected. There were residents that had nowhere to go, and we’re not even offered at least a bottle of water. I understand that It is not Broadstone responsibility, but have a little empathy.
There were multiple leaks in the fifth floor, due to the tornado, and the hurricane last year, of which calls serious mold throughout the entire building. Nothing has been done to remedy that!
And currently there is no hot water. Resident are complaining, and being told they are receiving bids, but there is no plan of action. Mind you, This has been going on for months, so residents have been showering in cold water.
Additionally, there was a management change, and they conveniently lost all of the move-in documentations. Meaning, they can charge residents for whatever they feel they “broke”
I strongly urge anybody considering moving to Broadstone Memorial Park, RECONSIDER!!!"
"EDIT: the moving out process was horrible. They doublecharged me for alot of items that did not get resolved until August. When I got the final move-out charge they claimed they needed to re-do the flooring along with other bogus claims and charged me $2300 in fees that they sent to collections. DO NOT MOVE HERE they are a headache.

I enjoyed my time at broadstone, it’s a nice location tucked away just off the main Washington strip and a quick 10min drive from everything u need. Very dog friendly community - They have a decent size dog park for my big boy to run around in and play with his neighborly dog pals & a pet spa room to wash off any muddy paws. Also conveniently within walking distance to
Memorial park.
The rooftop, pickleball court, pool and gym are 5/5. Made lots of friends here, it’s a great community of residents and the office staff were always available for any issues or questions I had. Special shoutout to Monica who knows her property as well as the community within it. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Also to Daryl who seems to always be in a good mood and is always very attentive, friendly and welcoming.
Only downside i can say is the parking as visitors can only park on the roof floor or parallel out front in the limited spaces but I’ve always seemed to manage and it’s more of a minor annoyance at busy times than anything."
"I recently visited Broadstone Memorial Park apartments and had the pleasure of meeting Daryl at the leasing office. From the moment we started speaking, I was impressed by his charisma and his genuine enthusiasm for working with people.
Searching for a new home can be an emotional and challenging process, but Daryl’s patience and understanding truly stood out. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a residence, and with that insight, he helped me find what I believe will be an ideal location for my needs.
I’m currently in the process of applying, and I plan to share another review in six months to reflect on my experience living here. However, based on my initial impression, I have no doubt that my time at Memorial Park will be nothing short of excellent. Thank you, Daryl, for making this process so seamless and positive!

"I do not live here and absolutely never would. Visited a friend and my car got broken into. Window was busted out yet nothing stolen. There are always cars broken into here and management does nothing to help except say that they are sorry. Absolutely zero security. You should not live here unless you like when your car gets broken into and your life is majorly inconvenienced."
"I wish I could leave 0/5! Beware of the dog droppings that litter the stairwells, the forever broken gates and elevator, slow moving maintenance, and terrible communication from management. I lived in their community for 2 lease terms in 2 different apartments and the move out process was completely different due to different management. The first move out management came in on my last day and did a walk-through going over charges, they charge for full paint even for simple wear and tear like hanging pictures. The next move out I could not get management to walk-through due to them having a event in the office closing so we are arrange for someone to come in before the lease ended, but I the apt was still fully furnished so Tessa the assistant manager said she could not do a walk through. I got charged for everything she could possibly charge me for since I was not present for the move out walk through and been trying to dispute these charges, but now management will not return emails and I don’t know who else to contact. I have before and after pictures to justify dispute and they refuse to see them. They charge for full paint jobs, but they definitely don’t do them because when I moved into my second apt there I had to put in a work out for paint due to scratches on the walk and all the guy did when he came in was a couple of brush strokes and called it a day, no full paint that they will charge for."

The great location provided convenience, the community was incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness and charm of the place made the experience even more delightful.
I am already looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay."
