"Moved in earlier this month and the whole move in process was extremely smooth. Everyone in the leasing office was awesome and so kind. Although I haven’t lived here long I already love it and enjoy my time here! The apartments are so clean and well maintained, I have no complaints about the apartments themselves. Thank you to the leasing office again for being so helpful"
"I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to after my tour because my experience was great! Getting Greeted by Loretta is like waking up to Christmas morning. She’s so warm and welcoming that her personality fills the room and she made my touring experience really enjoyable. She is the best sales consultant that I’ve toured with and I liked that she listened to what I wanted and was very personable. The manager Jorge also came out and met with me which I thought was nice and I think it just really shows the great customer service this apartment complex has. The apartments are spacious and I love the location. Thank you for making my apartment search great and for being so kind and genuine!"

"I have lived here for about five months. Its not worth paying $2,000 a month. There are cheaper / 10xs better places in downtown you can live in. At move in my apartment was not ready. The electrical in the kitchen was not working, I’ve had my thermostat break twice, ive seen ppl who don’t live here sneak in, rent out units as airbnbs, I’ve had a rat come thru the kitchen sink, the floors were covered in glue and the smell of weed is probably the worst one of them all. I was told there would be a dog relief area but that wasn’t true, there are been times where ppl with keys to the property have entered my apt without permission so I now have cameras installed and to top it off the trash not being picked up makes me the most angry (this isn’t the first time trash hasn’t been picked up). That’s $2000 to this property that can’t seem to do anything right. I wouldn’t move here… warehouse district is cheaper and located in downtown. DO YOUR RESEARCH! (The staff is really nice yes but that’s not good enough for the amount that is being paid)"
"I have been living here just shy of two months and I’ve waited to leave a review until it’s solidified one-star worthy, as I gave them many chances to make things right and they have not. I really do not recommend moving into Broadstone Eado. When I first moved in, gnats were a huge issue and still are. I’ve been paying out of pocket to handle the gnat issue with no success and I have not been reimbursed as promised by management. I chose a unit with a yard for my dog, and the manager promised to apply new grass as my entire yard is only mud/weeds since move-in (image attached). So I am paying a higher rate for a useless “yard”. When you do your tour (and hopefully you choose not to), the leasing agents will lie and tell you the building is steel/concrete when it is in fact made of wood (told by management AFTER move-in). *Apartment locator John Trevino can back this information up if you are acquainted with him as he was lied to about the building structure several times as well.* So if you have someone living above you, prepare for heavy noise levels due to poor construction. The manager also gave me inappropriate information regarding my upstairs neighbor’s medical health situation as a way to excuse her and her daughter’s noise levels and obviously a way to get me to stop complaining. Also regarding poor construction — the company is getting sued and will have to rip out all flooring in the near future; something the office has not shared with the residents, which is concerning. The past two nights in a row, I’ve had to call 911 for HFD to tend to our fire alarms randomly going off with no answers or explanations from the office. This is disrupting residents’ sleep and scaring our pets. Houston Fire Department came to my door at 4AM today and informed me to tell the leasing office that the alarms need to be checked by the company they utilize, and that someone is intentionally setting them off. Hopefully management will actually follow through with this task so residents don’t have to sleep elsewhere to avoid the torment of false fire alarms any longer. The dumpsters are rarely outside, so it is common to see residents’ trash all throughout the community as we don’t have effective ways to dispose of it, which spreads disease and attracts pests/more gnats. On the topic of disease — some of the pet waste stations have been empty with no bags since I’ve moved in and there is a lot of dog feces surrounding the entire community (on concrete, grass, indoors). Unfortunately, this leasing office team does not seem to care about anything brought to their attention. Even something as simple as not having hand soaps in their public restrooms (which is a health code violation) has been brought to their attention more times than one and should be a very easy fix, but has not been tended to. I’ve had to address the same issues with them since November 2024 with no change or progress. The only good experience I’ve had is with timely maintenance, so I will praise the maintenance crew for their sense of urgency and effort. As for everyone else at this location — complete lack of empathy and sense of urgency. Unfortunately my lease is not up until March of 2026 so I will be taking matters into my own hands with a tenant attorney to terminate the lease early as it is absolutely not worth paying the monthly rate and degrading mental health. Really disappointed with this apartment complex and leasing office. They do a great job at reeling you in just to fill up units. Please be careful when inquiring to live here."
"Beautiful property, been here for a few months now. I rely on internet service for work and have never had an issue, always solid. Basic amenities but everything is brand new which allows great functionality and cleanliness. Maintenance team is very timely and efficient with getting things done, as well as the leasing team. Shout out to Ethan for always getting things done! All my neighbors are kind and I love meeting more at the residence events. Overall great property, great staff, great living 100% recommend!"
"We moved here almost a month ago. I waited to write a review so that I could give an honest assessment based on our experience living here.
Let me start by saying that the staff are incredibly friendly and lovely. Marissa is the sweetest and is upfront about every single detail of this place. She gave me a tour and sole my husband and me a B1 floor plan.
Our move was smooth and easy, especially considering that we were coming from San Antonio.
Everything is clean, new, and luxurious! All the appliances are the latest models from Samsung!
Our unit is bright and lovely with a great view, and the insulation in terms of heat and humidity is top-notch!
They use Fetch for package delivery, and so far, I’ve personally received three packages through Fetch with no problems. The great thing about Fetch is that you can control the delivery timeline and choose whether a signature is required, ensuring your package is never lost or stolen.
The internet speed is excellent. Regarding the review that mentioned Whitesky is a scam—no, it's not! It’s safe, with good speed and connection, and a decent price.
In general, please pay attention to comments from the actual tenants in this community, not from people who were only given a tour and do not truly live here!
This is a luxury community, and as the first tenants who have been living here for a month, my husband and I couldn't be happier."
"Wow! I am so thankful and excited to share my experience. First and foremost, this place is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere in the front office is so inviting and warm. A special thank you to Ms. Angie for providing such a wonderful and detailed tour. You took the time to show me multiple units I was interested in, which really showed how much you care about your future residents. Your kindness and knowledge truly stood out!

The entire leasing team is incredibly friendly, bubbly, and outgoing, which made my move-in process smooth and enjoyable. My apartment was spotless upon move-in, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition. The unit itself is bright, clean, and just stunning!
And let’s talk about the amenities—they’re cozy, relaxing, and a perfect complement to this amazing community. I’m still settling in, but so far, everything has exceeded my expectations.
