"Pros: Friendly Staff that works quickly to resolve any issues! Location and aesthetics. Safe community. Great gym and recreational areas and cleanliness.
Cons: No Welcome Home Box in my unit upon move-in. Apartment wasn’t cleaned professionally. Poor builders craftsmanship which results in several maintenance requests. One maintenance staff member to handle all of the orders requested. Neighbors leaving fallen trash from their bags at the trash chute creating smelly room and nastiness and also not cleaning up behind their pet vomiting in hall on carpet. Walls kind of thin without a lot of noise control.
Overall, it’s a good place. Just a few snags that can be addressed and ironed out. Also haven’t take in account this is a brand new build and you may run into some issues that missed inspection upon move in."
"Carolina is the sweetest person ever! The building is brand new and the pool area is BEAUTIFUL. I love the light interior, it’s so refreshing to see after countless boring grey interiors. The floor plans are versatile. Overall the whole experience was amazing I felt so safe and taken care of."
"The entire staff; leasing and maintenance have been absolutely incredible. Ashley and Carolina have made the entire process moving in very easy and simple. Carolina assisted me during the main processing but her and her team are absolutely amazing! If you ever need any maintenance work as well, their team is very efficient and professional when it comes to getting something checked out or worked on. Julieta and Emerson are an amazing duo! So far living here as my 1st apartment has been great and I have no major complaints. Thank you Broadstone Baybrook for everything so far!"
