"I moved in and ROACHES and bugs everywhere!!! I had to pay over $500 in hotel stays and eating out! My mother (who flew in to help me move), kids and I had to stay in Hotels and eat out because the roaches was in the refrigerator, bathroom, walls, climbing on my boxes, baby roach was on my son nose when he was sleep! got ziplock bags, garbage bags to bag up our belongings so the roaches won’t get in ! The move in process was amazing and so was the Staff. One of the reasons I was excited about moving here and gave two stars. The layout is beautiful but my kids have NEVER lived with roaches. I understand some bugs here and there. They did bomb so ?? the roaches go away! Although the exterminator stated they didn’t see any activity but its roach droppings in the cabinets. I wasn’t able to upload the videos of the roaches crawling everywhere only allowed pics"

"Very nice complex. The trees and ducks give it a more natural vibe, in the middle of the city.
Literally walking distance from anything you need from shopping, dining and entertainment.

"So far it's been nice living here. Normally pretty quiet with just a couple of exceptions due to neighbors being a little noisy out in the hallway and in front of my apartment recently, but not daily. I love my apartment and have no complaints otherwise. Very nice complex!"

"Brisa remains the title-holder for the best managed property by far!

Hurricane Response
Thank you so much to our management team, Carla and Paula, for being first on the scene to clean up after hurricane Beryl! The same day, as soon as it was safe to go outside, these ladies were cleaning up branches and ensuring the property was safe for the residents. We've never seen such dedication from a management team! They didn't wait or put it off for others to handle. These ladies are very hard-working and deserve recognition for their hard work.

Our maintenance team was also spot-on! When our washer stopped working, it was replaced. When the air conditioning stopped blowing, it was fixed (same day). What can we say? The Brisa team is amazing! Thank you!
_______

Once again, our maintenance and management teams has taken steps to beautify our community. Thank you all for your hard work. Not a day goes by that we don't see you out, from early morning till closing, making sure our property is well taken care of."

"have lived at Brisa at Shadowlake for two years, and I wish I could stay longer. The property has been consistently well-maintained, and I’ve had a positive experience overall. They are steadily upgrading the community, including adding new road bumps for safety and installing new gates, which gives me peace of mind when walking early in the morning or late in the evening—I’ve never had any concerns about safety.

One of the highlights of living here has been the amazing service from the leasing team, especially Raiden, who has been an outstanding leasing agent. He’s always been incredibly helpful and responsive. The maintenance workers are also quick to address any issues, which is a huge plus. They’ve always been prompt whenever I’ve had a service request.

While there are times when trash pickup is a little delayed, it’s not a major issue—I simply take it to the trash bin myself. The amenities are nice, and the landscaping is well-kept, making the community feel welcoming and clean. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to live"

"Love it here very quiet and the property is always clean. The staff is helpful and easy to talk too. Only thing I'm not happy with is the parking now that I have a detached garage that's no longer an issue."
