I’ve had the pleasure of renting from Darryl for [insert time period], and I cannot recommend him enough! From the very beginning, Darryl has been incredibly professional, responsive, and attentive to any needs or concerns I’ve had regarding the apartment.
The apartment itself is in great condition, and Darryl always ensures that everything is well-maintained and up to standard. If any issues arise, he’s quick to address them and always makes sure things are resolved in a timely manner.
What I appreciate most is his excellent communication. He’s easy to reach and always provides clear, helpful answers to any questions. He genuinely cares about his tenants’ well-being and makes sure the living experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible.
I highly recommend renting from Darryl! It’s been a wonderful experience, and I’m confident anyone would be lucky to have him as a landlord.

"Loved my stay at Brighton Oaks. Darryl in the front office is awesome, friendly and engaging. No complaints about my stay. Quiet neighbors, clean environment, walking distance from everything you need. Theres a grocery store, gas, food and even a mechanic shop all conveniently placed. Thank you all at 777 Memorial for making me feel welcomed and at home. You all made me feel like family while I was here!"
"Hi, my name is Robert and I usually don’t do reviews but in this case I felt like I had to. The staff is friendly all while going above and beyond to get you taken care of, they really work with you. The maintenance team does a great job and responds in a timely fashion. Very quiet area, my kids school is conveniently located next to the complex and stores are close by. All in all I would recommend anyone looking for a great place to call home, stop by and thank me later."

Sadly everything cheap comes with a price at the end. I’ll suggest investing in a place with more security and corporate with common sense. On April 2024 my tires where stolen a few meters from my window causing 15,000 usd in damages. Today my car was towed by a company hired by the complex after living there for 1.6 years for not having a visible sticker. I had to pay 300 to get my car back. Management did not hold accountable for both incidents. How can I sleep peacefully knowing that my car might get parts stolen or towed at 3 am in the morning?"

I and my husband were searching for an apartment for a long time, but when we met Darryl, he captured us, and we decided to choose Brighton Oaks Apts as our home.
He is a good example to his colleagues.
The apartments are really good. quiet and safe.
We wanted a two bedroom apt but we ended up taking a one bedroom for the rooms are big in size.
The gym; the swimming pool, and the washateria all work very well.
Brighton Oaks is a great place to be.

"Darryl Collins is tall, slender and well groomed but above all an enchanting and amazing salesperson at the Brighton Oaks Apartments. He gives you his ear, answers all the concerns a new tenant has and he does all this ungrudgingly. We searched high & low for an apartment all over Houston but we always kept coming back to Darryl, why? Because he has that special I-care-abt-you attitude written all over him! Hooray to the ever smiling Darryl!!!"
