"I’ve been a resident here for nearly 3 years, and like any place, it has had its ups and downs. However, I’ve experienced far more ups than downs. The community here is welcoming, especially the concierge and valet staff, who always go the extra mile. The cleaning staff is consistently diligent, ensuring the building smells fresh and looks spotless every day.
The views are stunning, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises that truly enhance the living experience. For anyone considering their first high-rise living or even their first apartment, I highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently close to everything—Target, Central Market, and the River Oaks Shopping Center. Above all, I always feel safe here."
"Great Community, Amazing Staff, and Beautiful Units
I want to take the time to thank the team at Bowen, especially Mark and Mia, for making my experience here so far, great. Moving from out of state to Houston was a big jump for me, but Bowen stood out from the other places I toured. The welcoming neighbors and incredible staff made all the difference.
Mark made my move-in process seamless. Relocating from another state was a task, but he ensured everything went smoothly. His quick responses to my questions made this a smooth transition.
Mia has also been amazing. She’s always there to help with anything and brings such a great energy to the community.
The staff overall are fantastic, and I really appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is. Whether I’m working in the conference rooms or relaxing by the pool, I can always count on the spaces being spotless.
It’s been a year since I moved in, and I couldn’t be happier. Bowen has exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t recommend it enough.

"I’ve been a resident at Bowen for about 2 months now & I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love it here. Everyone is extremely friendly & helpful it literally feels like we’re family. Mia made my move in process so smooth & was extremely helpful & patient even when I toured the apartment before deciding to move in. She’s been absolutely amazing since the very beginning. I love living at Bowen I love the entire staff. The leasing office staff, the valet, and the concierge are all wonderful. I’m so happy I made the right decision!"
"The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen is a chef’s dream with sleek appliances and ample storage. The bedrooms are generously sized, and having two full bathrooms is such a convenience for guests!
But beyond the stunning apartment itself, what truly sets this community apart is the exceptional staff. I have to give a special shoutout to Mia Aguirre, the Assistant Community Manager, who has been an absolute dream to work with. From day one, Mia has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and always has a smile on her face. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving maintenance issues, or simply checking in to see how things are going, Mia consistently exceeds expectations. She truly cares about the residents, and it shows in everything she does.
Living here has been an absolute joy, and I am so grateful to Mia and the entire team for making this such a wonderful place to call home. If you’re looking for a perfect apartment in one of Houston’s best neighborhoods, I highly recommend this community. You won’t be disappointed!"
"I had a corner unit on the 21st floor , beautiful views , the pools and gym was always clean , 24 hour concierge and over night security made me feel very safe, especially because no one can just come up to your apartment without being buzzed up. The management team was very quick and efficient in response and solving any issues I had, Mia Aguirre especially was always very willing and ready to go above and beyond in any situation. I appreciate the entire team making my experience a pleasurable one I would definitely live at the Bowen River oaks again. overall a 10 outta 10
