"I’ve been here for 6 months. Jada is always on top of business with move in and any needs or concerns. My unit is quiet so no complaints there. I love the pickleball court and mini track. The downside of this complex is the strict parking policy. If I was told how it really worked, I would have moved elsewhere. You are only allowed to register one guest per 24 hours with the hopes that the front office has open spots. I had surgery and needed my parent to look out for me but I could not register them for more than 3 days; this is very inconvenient. I understand that we are near high crime areas, but rent is too expensive to not have to be treated like children. If this does not change before my lease is up, I will be finding somewhere else to live. Also, the spiders are really bad but they send pest control out frequently. I also had a broken blind and vent fan residue that was never fixed/ replaced; even though I put in requests. Overall, this is a great community but if they want to flourish more, a new parking system should be put in place."
"I recently toured Beckett Mill Creek with Jada, and she did an outstanding job. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to all of my questions. Jada provided a thorough overview of the property, highlighting all the amenities and features, and made sure l felt comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and expertise made the tour a great experience. Highly recommend!!"
"I had a great experience with Cathleen. She was very informative and made sure I left with all my questions answered. She took me on a fabulous tour and even offered me a drink while waiting. This will be a very high option on my list!!!!"
"I lived at Beckett for a year and I can say honestly, there’s nothing worthwhile about this place. Especially with what they’re charging? You’re truly better off somewhere else.
I’m going to start off with the worst thing about this place ,in my opinion, which was the absurdly thin walls! I kid you not I knew what time my neighbor would go to bed each night just by how clear I could hear their snoring!! It was torture. I heard so much more that I don’t even want to mention in this review, I couldn’t recommend this place any less based on that ALONE.
Secondly the walkways on the stairs are so narrow. It made literally no sense. You and your neighbors trying to use the stairs at the same time? Good luck
, with how they’re built for one person at a time. The quality of the apartment was truly abysmal (lights flickering, INSANELY LOUD WASHER, cheap carpet, etc) and for them claiming to be a “luxury “ apartment it’s simply unacceptable.
Did I mention predatory towing? You better not forget to register your loved one’s car, a towing company could come and snatch it WITHIN MINUTES, speaking from literal experience. You can only register a visitor’s car for ,I believe, three or four days after that you’re out of luck and they’ll have to park in the front but even that can’t be done for too long before they start threatening to tow the car. Oh, I also saw a car on bricks once. It also wasn’t the first time someone got their tires stolen.
Lastly I moved out this past Monday and honestly for me that was the final nail in the coffin. They not only kept every cent of my deposit, but I overpaid for my final month and they kept that too. That in all was $800+ is it not high way robbery??? This is all because they believe I had a pet. I didn’t. Yet there was no reasoning with them. Them being the community manager Luella and the leasing agent Cathleen. In the end I was charged a $200 pet cleaning fee and $300 unauthorized pet fee, all based on speculation. Truly insane.
All in all, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Look elsewhere there are plenty apartments around too, don’t settle or be swayed. It’s not worth it."
