"I’ve just moved in on the first, and so far so good. I stay near the leasing office, which is convenient and resourceful. Both Norma and Alexis have been very attentive and informative when it came to my move in process. I can always count on them to answer all my questions in a polite and timely manner. I have not gotten a chance to explore the common areas, but I don’t have much to complain about, expect a distinctive smell in the restroom, which I’m sure is an easy fix. Other than that, my apartment is spacious and pleasant."
"It amazes me how this apt continues to give a big middle finger to its residents. First, it's constant break-ins, and they still have the entrance and exit open at all times. Now all the washers are broken except for 2 and they increased the cost of the only 2 they have working.
Hey, at least management can ride around in a bunch of brand new golf carts so they don't have to actually look closely enough at any of the actual problems the place has while they speed around instead of fixing a single problem. All the washers in the photo are completely broken, but hey who needs to do laundry I'll just do it in my apt..... oh wait no washer or dryers in there either.
EDIT* Oh did I say 2 washers working 1 of those 2 just broke while filling with water so it's down to a single washers."
"I recently had a fantastic leasing experience at Baystone Apartments, and I can't thank Norma enough for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect home. Norma went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Baystone Apartments, and if you have the chance to work with Norma, you’re in great hands!"
