"Could leave no stars if i could. This place has an insane untreatable roach infestation. Weak office staff can’t allow the exterminator to spray all units in our building due to a tenant not being able to put their pets away. Absolutely ridiculous. My family has been living in hell like this for 6 months now. All they offer is to have pest control come out and bomb the apartment which does nothing but make it worse. They need to treat all units regardless of who lets them in or not. They are living in the walls. I have sealed up every hole and crevice, cleaned this apartment top to bottom, and bought multiple brands of my own bait and treatments and nothing can control them. I have emailed office staff almost weekly and supposedly upper management was going to come out to walk the apartments…NEVER HAPPENED. They continuously lie and lie and give you the run around with no result. They are in everything, the refrigerator, our dressers, and washing machine. We are at a kill count of 13 roaches a day…THAT WE CATCH. We cannot cook in this apartment at all without roaches pouring out. Most of our kitchen belongings are packed away in our car due to trying to salvage our belongings from infestation. This place is unlivable."
"Infested with roaches roaches everywhere! My Bm moved here and had to leave with our kids asap this place not habital. She had moved in sat and left Monday due to the infestation and they wouldn’t let her look at apt till move in day.Then she had to get hotel lateeee at night because all her furniture was cover in roaches clothes boxes and furniture."
"Roach infested & MOLD that keeps growing back over & over. Maintenance only paints over the problem…the cabinets are OLD and falling apart. They have this very old stinky smell to them. My garbage disposal stops workings all the time. I put in a work order in going on a month now, it still doesn’t work. My bathroom ceiling is covered in black mold spots at this very moment, today is May 27, 2024. I put in a maintenance request almost a month ago, no one has called or came to fix this issue. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and I’m tired of the influx of rent when this apartment is the exact same as when I moved in back in 2020. No upgrades to appliances, cabinets, no amenities, just rent increases & roaches! The only reason I’ve stayed this long is because I love the area and the surrounding schools for my kiddo. I truly don’t want to pay another rent increase at this roach infested, moldy apartment. Management please make this place better! I even recommended a family member to rent here. I’m not a bad tenant at all, I don’t even complain but this is truly unacceptable. I hate living with roaches and gnats, it’s quite embarrassing and disgusting! I suggest these apartments get remodeled and upgraded, the roaches live in the walls and in these old cabinets. I kill roaches DAILY, sadly! I’m so tired of this! Makes me want to break my lease unfortunately! This is a cry for help, whoever is in charge at Bay Meadows please fix this!"
"Great place, management and maintenance are excellent. But not enough parking on weekends for some reason, maybe visitors? I don't know but yeah not enough parking to accommodate visitors. If I get home later than 7pm, I have to park very far from my apartment, if I'm lucky to find a spot. I haven't had to park in the street yet but I might."
"Roaches ? roaches everywhere so embarrassing having too go to the store buy roach spray just too know the issue will never be resolved the counters are old the flooring the walls have mold they don’t fix anything , these roaches are out of hand they are in the refrigerator the freezer the floors walls everywhere!!!!!!!!!! Don’t move here !!!!!!!!"
