"I would definitely recommend this apartment for a place to call home. Safe, quiet, and well maintained. This will be my 2yr with Bateswood and plan to stay longer. I absolutely love the staff. Ms.Paula, Ms Rachel, and the rest of the staff are always there to help. Maintenance responses in a timely manner. The apartment always invite us to come interact in the holiday celebration snacks and treats for the kids or you too if you want it. I absolutely love this place and glad I chose them. Plus it’s a lot of community support and events in the area . Chose Bateswood!!!"

"Just got my first apartment today ! Everything went great ! Thanks to Darryl for helping us !
10/10"
"A scam. A nightmare and a terrible place to live if you’re trying to be comfortable. Upon my move out i was charged $1896 for an unexplainable reason. Nobody will give me answers as to why and i can’t ever get any help. When i first moved in Lacresha and Darryl were amazing and very helpful. Idk what happen but they are wrong for how they
treat their tenants. Very disappointed in how this worked out, it’s quite disgusting."
