"My husband moved us here after getting married and I was very nervous coming from a small town to a big city, but these apartments are just so wonderful! They are very quiet and safe with a masjid across the street, a big pool and a little gym. The apartments are raised up a little from the street along with big ditches so there is no flooding. My husband works late and I'm home alone at night and feel safe and comfortable ❤️. There's two strips malls within walking distance and I feel totally safe going there to get groceries or whatever I need. The parking lot has big floodlights that turn on when it starts to get dark so it's not scary or spooky at night. Reserved parking is affordable and they really do make sure no one parks in your spot, which is very appreciated :3! When my husband fell down the stairs, they were very understanding about us moving downstairs and gave us plenty of time to look at apartments. We are really looking forward to our third year here."
"My car got towed( had at to find 304 dollars last minute) while visiting my newly moved in sister for less than 2 hours. Came through a separate entrance than the front one which supposedly has a “small” sign indicating that guests must register. No notice and no warning. The parking spot didn’t even have a sign either. this apartment complex is a scam, shes brought people over before and they haven’t been towed. Seems like they pick and choose when they feel like they should tow “wrongfully parked” individuals( even paying and registered renters). Don’t recommend visiting or moving here if you ever want family to come over, they want you to be alone and secluded."
"I have been living at Barringer Square for 2 years now. I am extremely happy with this community. There is always a quick response when there is a problem in my apartment. The maintenance team work hard to keep the condominiums clean and safe.
The maintenance supervisor is an excellent maintenance person, he is fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this community to live."
"Seriously I regret my decision of choosing this apartment. I didnot update my vehicle registration in website which I was not aware of and they towed my car even when it was
parked next to my apartment. They don’t even provide any car stickers for parking.
I had to pay 300 dollars for picking my car and lost a day of work.
When I raised my concern to the office, they told they are not responsible for anything and they can’t do anything.
I have never seen a property tow their own residents car. It shows how much they care for their residents.
Beware of this property. For sure, I will avoid renting in Barringer in the future."
"Horrible place. Save your time and your money. Right won't be done by you, unless you are shown favoritism. Once you're tricked into moving in, the scamming continues. Document everything, video, take pictures of EVERYTHING. It'll come in handy for an attorney, judge, housing authorities, future residents, etc... When a tenant is here less than two months and already wanting to leave, there's cause for panic, and I have great rental history. Best of luck. I'll post on my channel everything so that everyone can know the truth, and hopefully find better for your family. Had I known prior to moving in what it's really like, I would not be here."
