"I went to tour these apartments Oct 4th with my littles. Immediately after opening the door, Emily gave us the warmest greeting! They were setting up the Halloween decorations and stopped immediately to greet us. She even offered my kiddos lollipops while we waited all of about 2minutes to do our guided tour. Anna gave us the tour and was so helpful and informative. Super kind, answered any questions I had. She even gave my husband a tour the following day! Most people seemed annoyed or didn’t say much when my husband was able to come along on a different day. Not Anna, she was so pleasant. My husband and I were figuring out some things in the parking lot and decided we had a few more questions and went back in. Anna seemed thrilled to work with us and had such a positive attitude the entire time. We even saw the maintenance guys outside fixing something and they waved hi to us.
The apartment itself is really nice inside. I will say not having a patio seems like it might be a downside, but there are storage closets right outside the apartment that come with it at no additional charge. The kids playground is an actual playground and my kiddos are excited that they will get to play there. The dog park is also nice.
Once we decided to make this our home, I spoke to Judy on the phone to confirm a few things. She was also so warm, kind and helpful.
We were calling around for moving places and a man I spoke with said his daughter had lived here. He told me that she had nothing but great things to say about her time at Bahia Cove!
These ladies, and the small interaction we had with maintenance, make you feel as though you’re walking into “Mr. Roger’s neighborhood”: super kind, very welcoming, and such positive attitudes! I’m super stoked to become a resident of this awesome community and hope it lives up to the expectations set forth!"
"This has been the best apartment living experience that my kids and I have ever had. I have lived in high rises luxury apts and some low class ones. Ive been here soon almost a year and I leased with Emily. Emily is so wonderful with the information she gives and she will follow-up on emails! Judy the property manager and Anna the assistant manager are the best. This is such a small cozy property and they keep up with inspections and emails regarding the expectations with keeping out community nice and clean. Anna and Judy are always resourceful when I have a question or need something. I plan to renew my lease and live here until we buy a house. KEEP IT UP LADIES!"
"I recently checked out Bahia Cove Apartments to see if they'd be a good place to live, and I have to say, it was great. The assistant manager, Anna, really made sure my visit was both helpful and fun. Right from the start, Anna was super friendly and really cared about what kind of place I was looking for. She took the time to answer all my questions, giving me all the info I needed to picture myself living there.
Also, Anna was really nice and made me feel welcome during the tour. She showed me several units, going into detail about what makes each one special and pointing out the good points of the various floor plans they had. Their excitement and professional attitude showed in every part of the tour, making me feel like they really cared about me as someone who might want to live there.
Also, the Bahia Cove Apartments really stood out to me. The place was in great shape, and they had way more cool stuff than I expected. It felt super welcoming and was just the right place to live comfortably.
All in all, my trip to Bahia Cove Apartments was a big hit, mostly because of Anna's awesome service. She was really dedicated and knew her stuff, which made a big impact. I'm really keen on moving there and would definitely tell anyone looking for an apartment to check out Bahia Cove Apartments. They're definitely going to get the same great service I did.

"I moved to this wonderful Apartment Complex a few weeks ago. I had some maintenance requests but it was done pretty quick. I was blessed with a great hardworking and friendly maintenance guy! The staff is amazing and treat me like family! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a safe and well maintained place to live. Thank you all for taking care of all my requests!"
"I went to go tour this property shortly after Hurricane Beryl had hit. The staff was very kind. The office women including the manager were all outside in their dress clothes cleaning and setting back up the pool/patio furniture. It was hot that day as well. I was assisted showed a beautiful model and had a great experience. For this reason this place is a top contender for sure."
