"I'm very Appreciative of the Management and Maintenance for the good work and service they provide. They are always on the ball and quick to handle any issues (which haven't been many at all). Also, there units are beautiful! no bugs! extremely strong water pressure, huge tubs! upgraded units! very nice size patios! so much storage space! absolutely love it here! would HIGHLY
recommend! Hands down worth every penny!"
"I moved here in July, from day one I have received nothing but superior treatment from everyone in the rental office. The grounds are always kept clean and litter free. The maintenance staff are always prompt and friendly but most of all very efficient. My apartment is spacious, and updated. I feel that I am safe living here, and haven’t had any problems at all. Come on over and check out these apartments they are very convenient to everything shopping, and several eateries. I can guarantee the office staff will greet you warmly."
"Karina has been such a big help in helping me move in to one of the nicest 1 bedroom apartments I could ask for, her and Ana were a big help."

"Do not move to this apartments they steal your rims and leave your car on bricks…they will also break in your vehicle this happens once a week and the managers don’t do anything about it.the gate is always broken and they can’t even hire security to be on the property..my question is if we pay big money on rent why can’t they hire security to be on the property? This is crazy.my mother lives in greenspoint in the hood hood and they have security at her getto apartments and I promise you they never brake in too the cars more less never leave cars on bricks…. But we pay high dollar for this apartment and can’t even get a security to be patrolling… this happens every week so I repeat do not move to this apartments “Aviara Apartments “ on 1960 and hollister trust me you will regret it…"
