"I recently moved in, and the experience was made incredibly smooth and enjoyable thanks to Melly, one of the staff members. From the moment I arrived, Melly was there to assist me with everything I needed. Her friendly and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful time. Melly helped me with the paperwork, ensuring that all the details were correct and that I understood every part of the process. She also gave me a thorough tour of the apartment, pointing out all the amenities and making sure I felt comfortable with my new home. Her knowledge and attention to detail were impressive."
"Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the worst place to live if you’re looking for somewhere on the cheaper side, that being said it is also not the greatest place to stay. Although I haven’t had to many needs for maintenance it seems every time I have requested it the job is either partially completed or has left my apartment in disarray. Never have I received any words of completion or was given any notes based on my issues, only a text message saying “Job has been completed” while I am left in confusion on how things have been settled. On top of that parking seems to be non existent at times as well as the side gates for the establishment have been out of commission for over 2 months at the time of this review. If you’re looking for a place to stay for a year while looking around than I’d say it’s a great starting location, but I wouldn’t commit to anything long term."
"To start the staff here was great. They were able to help me find an apartment by giving me tours of my options of what we were looking for.i eventually found the perfect one that met the needs of me and my family. I was able to move in sooner than expected. They also have great amenities. Highly recommend."
"I am so happy I moved here. The office staff has worked so efficiently to make sure my move in was smooth!! Krissy literally held my hand through the entire leasing process and made sure I was satisfied with my unit. Ms. Linda gave me an amazing deal on my rent and move in costs. Jonathan made sure that my keys, parking permit, and all my paperwork was delivered to me. And lastly, Ruben has been so prompt and professional about any issues I have come across. I’m so grateful for the team here!"
"I stayed here for a few months just moved recently although i had a few setbacks during my lease, they tried very hard to keep me in my apartment. I recommend avaya steeplechase."
