"If you desire to have your tires stolen with your car on bricks so that you can call out from work in the morning, this complex might be the right one for you!
Auxo at Memorial claims to be safe and have well maintained security with new management…but the entrance gate is always open and “security” is never patrolling or even present in their car."
"Moved in December 2023 I had high hopes regardless of the reviews I read but unfortunately have been disappointed. Not only will you pay for valet trash and not have it picked up but your car will get broken into repeatedly I gave up on reporting them at this point since it’s pointless and nothing gets done about it(the front gate is often broken and gets left open which doesn’t help the theft it’s currently been broken for 4 months). Although there is security they are either on their phone or harassing you because you’re playing tennis and threatening to call the cops on you. The hallways are always dirty and smell so bad that my guest often make comments of the smell of the hallways and dirty trails all over the floors. I’m disappointed in the service at these apartments and regret the recommendations that I have given to my friends and family to move here."
"Despite the low star reviews, I have a different experience! I have been living here for 5 months - moved out of state. I was definitely hesitant because I also looked at the reviews, however my experience has been awesome! The ladies in the front office (Heidy, Nicole, Monica, & Cindy) have been super informative, attentive, and consistent with anything that I bring to their attention. Maintenance has a quick turn around and they get the job done! There is never a question in doubt about their urgency. I am constantly in the front office asking questions and they always have an answer or get back to me in a timely manner with solutions.
> I will say they just took over the complex last year and they are working on fixing things from previous management so giving them so grace is something to keep in mind. There are tons of tenants they are dealing with and they cannot control when companies decide to come out.
> The app definitely does go in and out.
> Security could be better.
> Parking is hit or miss, but there are hundreds of tenants.
> !!! Go to the front office face to face if you want urgency!!!"
"Beautiful complex and in great easy location. Clean and safe.
Wide hallways make it easy to walk up and down. Elevators work. Management is OK.., it's the typical apt manager team. It's a job. Pool is clean and nice in summer"
"It a no for me:
Will not be recommending anyone.
Below are the reasons;
1. Leasing staff wasn’t discreet with monthly bills/utilities
2. Monthly bills will always fluctuate.
3. Trash bill of (35 door to door + 13.86 q monthly) $50 monthly I call it B.S
4. Packages are stolen on a basis
5. Community fee of $20 monthly for yoga classes which is being enforced is totally B.S this shouldn’t be mandatory
6. Hall-way is always dirt and smells
7. Pool is always dirty I barely used the pool during my stay.
8. Gym equipments are not working what’s the point of having a gym room in the first place?
9. Front gate is always open.
10. No onsite security
11. Parking spaces is always packed causing residents to park on the 5th floor which are meant for visitors only.
12. On the day of my moving, apt was’nt ready old carpet with blood stain wasn’t changed."
