"The staff here is the most unhelpful group of ppl I have ever met in terms of rental properties. They are horrible at communicating with residents about any situation. The pool was closed for almost six months and not once did we receive an email as to the real reason why. Had to call the department of health services to find out myself.
If you want to live somewhere with a peace of mind go somewhere else and save yourself the headache."
"Gym is good, the staff is very nice, no lies nor useless information — they’re very direct. It was easy getting an apartment, and the complex is overall very nice. Rachel was very sweet and always is on top with surprises news such as holiday events and mini competitions to win sweet rewards. Plus, the complex is nearby a lot of places, so it’s very ideal."
"I would warn all potential residents to avoid Augusta Meadows at all cost. Their complex is poorly maintained. The staff makes no attempt to communicate with the residents about important issues. If you do have to work with them for any reason, make sure to record all your conversations with them and get everything in writing because they WILL try to screw you over at every opportunity."

Once you move in, you will have some free pets in your apartment. (Roaches) Now they will be able to send pest control over to help get rid of them, but it doesn’t remedy the issue! Those little guys are multiplying faster than we can take them out. (They love the oven too, I can’t use my old en because they are in there messing with the electrical components.) they also love to go into your appliances, power sockets, and even your FRIDGE. Found some of those things frozen too.
Called about it many times, got some lip saying if I can’t do the smoke bomb, then to live with it basically. Now i don’t mind doing the smoke bomb, just have pets and no family out here. So super inconvenient for me.
Sometimes they group up in your cupboards, constantly leaving behind husks everywhere."
"I have lived here for close to a year and the move here was smooth thanks to Rachel the assistant manger who answered all our questions about the move in process. Rachel has been there to help when my ac would not kick in and when my oven had an issue."
