"***UPDATEDD **** trash day is mondays here annddd the trash already looks like this because again people are NASTY and the PROPERTY MANAGER DOES NOTHINNGGG ABOUT ITTT disgusting isnt it ?? then we have cats running around and digging through the trash
if I could leave a zero star rating I would, these are the absolute worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. if you like hearing your neighbors every movement every conversation even what they’re watching then this is the place for you. The walls are so thin It’s like if we’re sharing bedrooms. parking is absolutely horrible management does nothing about it. I’ve never seen a tow truck here in the entire 10 months i lived here. for Thanksgiving someone ( another residents vistor ) parked in my reserve spot. I tried to call the tow truck company but They were very rude. The dispatch girl did not want to call the tow truck guy to come and get the car stated they weren’t working that night, Come to find out the next morning they were working, the girl was just being rude and didnt want to do her job. I tried to get in touch with the property manager and the courtesy officer as well and Nothing was done. every month It’s always something new whether it’s the bugs the dirty pool or the trash overflowing in the trash bin because people are too lazy to walk to the other Trash bins on the property and throw it out. There’s always dog poop all over the place I’ve complained to management several times myself and they do nothing about it. Each time theres a problem they say “ send an email and we’ll get right on it “ And nothing is ever done. Oh and dont even bother trying to call either bc they NEVER answer the phones. After the hurricane we have been in and out without lights for a week already and managements excuse is “ its centerpoint issue not the complex not much we can do “ they give constant attitude when i speak to them about ANYTHING. I was be littled when i brought a concerning matter to the management’s attention when they first came to the property and after CONSTANT COMPLAINING it took me finally asking to speak to someone higher than the property manager for her to do something about it. for the price that they’re charging for these apartments is absolutely ridiculous because of all the problems that come with it. DO NOT MOVE HERE i cannot wait to get out of my lease and NEVER have to deal with this horrible management team again, except lily she has been nothing but sweet to us and all of the residents. we came in thinking this was gonna be a great experience, but we were completely wrong. This place is absolutely horrible and I regret moving here. and if you take a look at the reviews, their response is literally a copy and paste. The property manager seems like she doesn’t even care for her residence, I tried to bring up a dangerous issue that happened and she asked if I called the courtesy officer but when i did call, the courtesy officer said it wasn’t his problem to let the property manager know so who do we go to if we have issues, if we can’t go to the courtesy officer or the property manager? she stated if im in a life threatening position to call the cops but when i do the cops don’t do anything bc i wasn’t physically assaulted. It’s Just absolutely ridiculous. don’t believe me ?? look at the pictures. this is what the pool looks like CONSTANTLY its always foggy and mind you the pool was like this from thursday TO MONDAY !!! THEY ARE OPEN FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS you will always find food fake nails and trash at the pool. you’re better off swimming in the bayou than this dirty foggy water."
"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this apartment complex has been & still is. When I moved in, it was under a different management who had just taken over & was fixing all the issues that previous reviews had complained about. I enjoyed this complex so much that I decided to resign with them. The new management is just as good & honestly even better. I cannot say enough about how wonderful & very kind they are especially Lilly. I have never had to leave a voicemail for the front office as they always answer. They don’t have bs fees & are reasonably priced as the apartments themselves are very nice. Any maintenance issue is taken care of very quickly. I have never waited longer than a day. The gates very rarely down & if they have any issues, they fix it within a few hours. The complex itself is kept very clean. Theres no safety issues as they have security. There are cameras everywhere which capture pretty much all angles & that was a huge selling point for me. I have never had a complaint living here & honestly look forward to resigning for a third year. I recommend these apartments so much & even have friends moving in since they loved visiting."
"**ATTENTION APT LOCATORS & REALTORS**
I had a client relocating from out of state for her job back in June of this year. I spent two days with her visiting properties, including this one. The price point, floor plan and location made sense for her. Even though the reviews online were not the greatest, per Lillie (the Leasing Agent) a new management company had taken over the property and noticeable changes had been made. The price point, floor plan and location made sense for my client and she signed a lease. Things have been great for her there so far but I am still without my locators fee. I've emailed and called several times. No one answers the phone and email responses are far and few... I'm still chasing the commission check which is sooooo frustrating. It's been nearly five months since my client moved in. Be mindful that payout takes forever when dealing with this property and management."
"There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss my home there I lived there for 3 years but had to move due to health issues and had to be closer to my family. I am so homesick. The management and staff and maintenance go above and beyond to help you they are the most kindest genuine people you will ever meet. Living there was my favorite apartment community I've ever lived in. If you rent an apartment there I guarantee you will not be unsatisfied . The apartments are very spacious which is hard to find modern yet homey and unique a look that sets them apart from the rest . I never really had much issues when I was there but when I did it was fixed immediately. I don't know what the bad reviews are for I have lived there since opening I was one of the first people who ever lived on the property and I never had any issues the hallways are always cleaned regularly so if there is a spot or so in the pictures in the reviews it's probably only there at that moment because they clean that stuff up right away that's one thing they stay on top of is the hallway cleanings and as far as bugs pest control comes weekly I believe you just have to ask for it. I never once got pest control and I never had an issue with any bugs the entire time I was there. If you're moving to the friendswood area I totally recommend these hands down! I want to go back ?"
"I’ve lived at August of Friendswood a month now. I know a lot of reviews are negative about the parking, but in the month I have lived here, I’ve never really had an issue finding a parking spot near my apartment. The new staff, Katrina, Elise and Lilly, are amazing. They really show care and sincerity towards residents. Elijah and Carlos do amazing maintenance work. Though the office staff is fairly new, they are trying their very best to overcome previous management’s issues. I see great things to come for August of Friendswood with the current management staff. Give them a chance to prove it and you will see the difference. I love it here"
