"Brandon, and everyone who I worked with in acquiring my apartment were fantastic through everything. I just got a new job and had to find a place quick, and they got me taken care of within the week of the start date! They responded to every email with intention to help. Once we arrived, we walked through the steps in acquiring the keys to the apartment with ease. Brandon was personable and great to talk with and answered any questions prior to moving in and even after getting situated. They are continuing to make living here enjoyable and making my start to my new job stress free!"
"While every apartment complex has their fair share of mechanical and maintenance issues, Ascend at the Fount is no different. Where they do set their selves apart is with their office staff and the welcoming environment they managed to create.
Both Jessica and Melissa have been incredible and done a fantastic job at building and maintaining the culture and I definitely have to give a shout out to Joe who is not just “A” maintenance man, but “THE” maintenance man for keeping this place physically together.
If I renew my lease it only be because they are all still here as well."
"The apartments are quite nice inside. The grounds are nice as well. I'm not sure who's responsible for the trash but it's getting out of hand. Flys everywhere, the smell of the trash travels throughout the complex. There's some type of liquid leaking all over the ground. Management here needs to do better. We pay how much for trash to be disposed properly? Yet this is what I see every day. It's disgusting!"
"This is a warning for prospective new renters. Unless you are able to rent a 3rd floor unit I would look elsewhere. The walls are not properly soundproofed at all. I have been woken up throughout the night since moving here from crying children, very hard walking(stomping), slamming doors, squeaking mattresses, toilet water flushing loudly down the pipes, and blaring music. The noise gets significantly worse when neighbors have parties on the weekends sometimes until 3am. I have rented for the last 4 years and have never experienced this level of noise coming from other units. If you are someone who cannot handle constant booming noises from above and below I would not lease here. Management has not been very helpful on this matter, and there’s not really much they can do honestly but let us leave. When we presented this issue to them their solutions were to either pay $3500 to break the lease, pay $1500 after 6 months to transfer to another unit on the same property in addition to rent or just deal. It is a shame they built the foundation so cheaply because the property is beautiful, but not worth the stress of living here. I wish someone would have told me this, I would have never signed."
"Move in at your own risk. We’ve been here for about a month and a half, and from the start, the moving process was challenging. While we tried to overlook some initial issues, we’ve continued to encounter concerning problems. We’ve noticed that people who don’t live here frequently use the amenities, and it’s unclear how they can access these areas so freely.
Moreover, the environment feels unsafe due to some of the residents. The walls are very thin, and we constantly hear loud disturbances from our neighbors, as if they’re wrestling for hours. When we reported the noise issue to the leasing office, they called the residents in question, but shortly afterward, someone who isn’t on the lease came to our door, aggressively questioning why we complained.
It’s unclear what screening process is in place, but I’d advise caution if you’re considering moving here. For the high rent, it just isn’t worth it."
