"it’s been six weeks since my husband and I moved in and it has been nothing but magical to live here. As soon as you enter the building there’s a beautiful lobby with a cafe style seating space. Best part is the swimming pool. Our apartment is gorgeous with galleria views and ample sunlight coming in everyday. Our move was urgent but Stephanie made it so smooth. Sasha is also a gem! Cannot recommend artistry enough. ?"
"I cannot say enough great things about Artistry Design District! From the moment we walked into the property, the customer service has been absolutely amazing. Sasha and the team answered all of our questions and even gave us multiple tours to ensure we felt confident in our decision. They were so kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process.
The community has such a welcoming vibe. There are so many resident events that make it easy to feel connected, and the amenities are top-notch. The pool is absolutely stunning, and the Jumbotron is our favorite!
Our apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We’re SO excited to call this place home.☺️"
"From touring to signing my lease everything has been wonderful! Stephanie was super helpful and answered all my questions when I did the tour and even answered questions I had once I left the tour. When I toured I knew this apartment was the one! Maintenance has been super quick any time I’ve put in a maintenance request. Looking forward to the summer to enjoy more time by the pool!"
"I’ve had the pleasure of leasing at Artistry District Design, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, with modern finishes and a spacious layout that makes coming home a true delight. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the best spots in the area, making it ideal for both work and play.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional staff. Manager Sasha is incredibly friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. The entire staff here is welcoming and truly cares about making sure residents feel at home.
Overall, I highly recommend Artistry District Design for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to live, with top-notch service and a fantastic community atmosphere."
"I was apart of the group of residents who first moved in upon opening and I love it here. The staff??? 10/10. Sasha, Stephanie, & Ruby are amazing and super helpful! I can always count on them to try and help or fix the problem. Tony is apart of the maintenance crew and he is so sweet! I love everything about my apartments from the pool to the gym! They host the cutest little events every month. I haven’t been to one yet, but as soon as I’m able, I can’t wait to join! To say this is a brand new complex, I believe it’s off to a great start! "

"Just moved in and it’s been a stellar experience so far! Sasha and Stephanie have been so patient and hospitable with answering questions. Kudos to Tony for being the quickest maintenance operator when resolving any maintenance issues. Can’t wait to make this community feel like home and explore the area!
Bonus: it’s AMAZING to still be in the Houston Loop and still close enough to the center of the city, without being too close to the action of central Houston & the heights area."
"The People:
Sasha, Stephanie and Tony have been nothing short of AMAZING. They are all kind, attentive, helpful and thorough. Any issues or concerns I’ve had were addressed and remedied promptly.
The Property:
The apartments are clean, beautifully designed and thoughtfully curated. The walls of the units are thick enough to not hear neighbors through them. The convenience of being centrally located while yet still far enough away from the chaos that comes with living in the Heights is an added bonus.
If you are looking for a peaceful, stylish, affordable and convenient place to call home in the heart of the city with a property management team that care about both the residents and the property, look no further than Artistry Design District."
