"I've resided here at the Arlo's apartments for a little over 8 months, when I first moved here, I was a little nerves moving into an apartment after living in a house for years, one of my biggest concerns was safety/parking. I must say that I love having a parking garage makes me feel comfortable getting out of my car at night. The apartment grounds are well kept, I work from home and I hear them outside blowing and cleaning the pool area at least twice a week if not more. I love working out and the gym here is decent, I would love to see a little diversity in some of the machines/equipment that have been chosen/selected. The common areas are nice as well. Let's talk about the staff, when I first came to tour the apartment, the leasing lady that assisted me (Jena), she was very patient with me being that I was dealing with some personal changes and she made my transition a lot easier. Since I've moved in, my experiences have been good, the maintenance team have been great, the few times that I've had to put in work orders within a few days they come by to address my issues, and when entering my apartment, they are very respectful of my space. Now, the one thing I will say that could use some improving would be the staircases entering into the apartment from the parking garage, on all levels. It could use some attention (spider webs and dirt buildup), a good pressure washing would be nice. I've read some tenants reviews regarding the trash issues, in my opinion we cannot blame this on staff, it's the tenants that are being lazy, nasty, inconsiderate of their neighbors and truthfully are just being trifling. In the last month, we've had a change in Arlo's staffing team, Maria, has been a bright, welcoming addition. My interactions with her has been very warm and inviting, it's been a pleasure speaking with her whenever I walk through the leasing area on my way to the gym, or if I have a question, she's been very helpful and patient. Thank you Maria and welcome to Arlo...."

"ARLO MEMORIAL has been overall a great choice for me. I have lived in a home for over 30 years and 4 years ago I was in search of a Rental! This property checked all boxes! While it has been challenged with many of the issues other properties I see online experience, ARLO has overcome many and today has a fantastic management team! Heidi is the Manager an has been a Godsend! The front office team are incredibly astute professional and responsive. Thank you Heidi and ARLO MEMORIAL for the peace of mind to calling this place home."
"Usually I don’t write a review (good or bad) based on the tour alone but the level of customer service was so abysmal/non-existent that I was compelled to give the feedback. The leasing consultant sitting at the desk to the right (I believe Jena was the name on the business card at the desk) barely acknowledged me when I came in. She didn’t ask my name but rather gave me a notepad to write my name and number down. She wrote the prices down for the two bedrooms without any other details and just stared at me. No offer to tour, no information gathering, nothing. It was very clear that she couldn’t care less if I leased. The management/owners should know that she is definitely running off prospective residents with her poor attitude. There are so many other options in the immediate vicinity not to mention those in construction to leave money on the table when someone walks in the door."
"I had a terrible experience living at this place. While the place might look nice from the outside, don’t be fooled—the reality is much worse.
Deceptive Leasing Practices: During my tour, they showed me a beautiful showroom of the same floorplan. When I asked to see the exact unit I’d be moving into, they claimed it was occupied and unavailable for touring. However, when I moved in, the unit had significant mold on the windows, suggesting it had been empty for a long time. To make matters worse, the unit turned out to be the worst in the complex—dark, no sunlight, and located in a corner on the first floor. If I’d seen it beforehand, I’d never have signed the lease.
Loud Neighbors and Poor Management: My unit faced the pool, and during my one-year stay, there were two overnight pool parties that made it impossible to sleep. Despite complaints, management did absolutely nothing to address the noise issues. They even did not check the security camera. There is also no on-site guard or security.
Unfair Move-Out Charges and Deposit Issues: When I moved out (even earlier than my lease end date), they charged me a late move-out fee, which made no sense. On top of that, I moved out in early October and have yet to receive my security deposit. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional.
The building itself is cheaply constructed—you can hear every single footstep from the neighbors above you. My AC was broken in the middle of the summer - it took me 4 days to get the new one delivered and replaced.
Overall, this was a miserable experience. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The glossy exterior masks the poor management, deceptive practices, and substandard living conditions. STAY AWAY."
