"We are under new management at this time and dealing with many challenges and changes! Some more bearable than others ! What keeps me here you might ask! It’s the friends I have made over the past four years! I am happy to say that I have seen a great improvement in office participation & follow through with Alexa and Robert! Paul our maintenance man is also very prompt and shows much patience in fixing what’s not working! Thank you all for your energy!"
"I have lived her for a little more than 11 months. I am disappointed in the service as well as the management.
A hot tub is very important to me because of Neuropathy caused by agent orange, several area's of my body is helped greatly by a hot tub.
I was told by the manager and one of the sales reps that the were waiting for parts to come in, probably be a week or two.
Other residence said they have been saying this for 4 years. Of course I had already moved in when I found this out. I was lied to.
They started a much needed dog park, 3 months later still no fence around it.
The only reason I am considering renewing my lease (if they fix the hot tub) is the residence population.
I have met some wonderful people who I would really miss.
Management turn over is very high, problems with the owners???

"Well deserved 5 stars in my opinion. I moved my Father from Missouri a couple of months ago and we were lucky enough to get him an Amazing one bedroom apartment. Management was Wonderful and Robert was the Best! Robert and Ray went above and beyond with helping me get my Dad settled and were both very kind and extremely helpful. I truly feel at ease knowing my Dad is safe and living very well at Arella Forest."
