"I wish there was a place where I could put ZERO stars !!! My boyfriend stayed in these TERRIBLE apartments. They’re lucky my name wasn’t on the lease bc I’d go to the office and raise HELL..EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. The maintenance people do not maintain anything. There’s an infestation of roaches. I don’t mean just a few here and there I mean an INFESTATION. They take over THE WHOLE APARTMENT. It’s disgusting. It doesn’t matter how clean the apartment is they are everywhere. My boyfriend would ask for pest control and they never come. The fact that they allow their tenants to live in roach infest places is SAD. It’s disturbing. Many damages upon moving in that were supposed to get fixed and never happened. Moved in to nasty carpets that were never replaced after the last tenants. Dish washer never worked nor got fixed. Leaking faucet that led into the cabinet and never got replaced. Just imagine having rotting wood in your home you pay money for. I do not recommend at all. Save your money and sanity and go else where ! PLEASE. Oh and let’s not forget hot water doesn’t last for more than 5 mins (: Went months without AC either might I add and they didn’t even have the decency bring in a fan."

"I went to see a one bedroom apartment and was assisted by the property manager Norma, she was so kind and very attentive to my questions and concern’s. While walking to the unit I looked to see the maintenance of the property and noticed it was very clean and organized, one thing I really enjoyed was the fact that the airport is so close you can see the airplanes coming down so close and it’s a nice view. I would recommend these apartments and will be calling this place home soon! ♥️"

I currently live here and its been 2 weeks since i been calling the office non stop every day and nobody answering my garbage disposal its been messed up and its smelly they dont care bout there tents."

"Horrible experience here. Don't move here please read the reviews. I'm glad we moved out, I am having to come back and I have called them countless time and no one ever returns my calls. I have been doing 3 times with this Saturday being my 3rd time and the office says it's open but there's no one there. Last Saturday it was 12 noon and the lady got there at 1 :15 pm with groceries from Walmart saying she had to cook for the community as if that was my problem. I had received a called from a 3rd party collection agency saying I owed more than 4k dollars which is ridiculous. I called the agency they said Andalucia sold my debt to them and mind you they had not once reach out to me or the other tenant in reference to this debt. And the lady in the office said to come back another day because she didn't have me on the lease and when she spoke to the other tenant they didn't have his birthday on the system, they had 10/16/2022.
Once again they are failing to respond to me , to get this issue resolved. I hope someone can respond instead of being irresponsable and unprofessional. So if you're moving or thinking about it please read the reviews throughly"
