"Marcy is AMAZING!! She helped me when I moved to the property and always makes herself available. She has a calm and collective demeanor; great personality and professional! The new Community Manager, Denise, was previously onsite; knowledgeable and accessible. I renewed my lease without any hesitations and the schools in CFISD are top notch like the property! They have new team members, Brea and Maressa, who are friendly and great to work with as well. Their maintenance team is quick to respond and they maintain the property looking immaculate. I did my homework at other properties nearby and you cannot compare. They keep you informed via email and host fun events throughout the year. I had the opportunity to meet their Regional Manager, Sandi, who is pleasant which speaks volumes of the staff she built. Absolutely enjoying the amenities (Clubhouse, Golf Stimulator, Gym) and the location provides easy access to Grand Parkway 99, Brenham, College Station and many local hotspots!"
"We had a wonderful experience with Brea! We were very nervous and we were coming from another country, however she patiently walked us through the virtual tour and amenities and made the whole process super easy. Our unit is modern, clean and surprisingly, the walls are well built, we have not hear our neighbours. We love the amenities and so many parks, restaurants nearby. The management team is super friendly and nice, maintenance is very responsive. Highly recommend :)"
"Going to keep this cute & short. Moved here for a year from Miami and we were so nervous about this move but I have to say the staff made it 1000% more memorable, enjoyable and seamless. The interior of the homes are beautiful! The tubs were so nice and deep for all the bath time lovers. Maintenance was always super quick to take care of our home when needed. Leasing office has always been very knowledgeable and kind to answer anything and everything. They answer calls and emails quickly and in timely manner despite being busy. We never had issues with packages being stolen, has parcel pending and the gym was always clean. Pool maintenance was also top tier. Grills always worked, everyone in the community is mindful of each other. Would recommend to anyone on the fence of renting you won’t regret it! Lastly, we leased over the phone without looking at the unit from Florida (that’s how good their communication was). Took about 2-3 days to apply, submit all docs and finalize the home we wanted. Thanks Marcelina, Dennise, and the new property manager."

The ladies in the office Denise and Marcy are exceptional, always communicative and responsive to any concerns, ensuring that repairs are handled promptly. "I have been overly excited about me and my dog " Harley " finding "Alys Crossing apartment homes".It is such a wonderful place to live. The move in process from top to bottom was super easy. The staff here are very personable and offer great service. The tenants here have nothing but awesome things to say about "Alys Crossing "The location is superb, with a Life Time fitness, H.E.B with in walking distance. There are plenty of food venues very near also. I would highly recommend choosing "Alys Crossing" to enjoy a great living experience."
"The entire process of applying and getting our approval was such a breeze here! Marci is such an amazing leasing specialist and didnt feel overly pressured at any time. Denise has also proven to be such an awesome asset to have here. We absolutely love our apartment and our dogs love the dog park!! Easily the greatest complex I’ve been to!"

"My husband and I lived at Ally’s Crossing for almost 2 years and we loved it! This was our first apartment and we were extremely pleased with the quiet, and peaceful environment this complex offers everyone. The location of this complex is also a plus. Life Time is right next door and HEB is right on the front. My husband and I loved the convenience of having the grocery store so close. Management was always quick to respond to any requests and were always so sweet and ready to help. Denise came by for the final walk through and was extremely informative and professional through the entire process. Thank you Ally’s Crossing! If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, choose them!"
