"When the apartment was new, it was quiet and clean, now it is miserable to live in. From loud and rude neighbors to the dirty dumpsters. Neighbors constantly are loud and stomp and are very rude, the management office people don’t do anything about it either. They have a no smoking policy which is unfollowed by tenants. I have seen so many people smoke cigarettes and weed all around the complex. What’s even worse is the groups of people that drink and loiter during the evenings outside. Almost every night there is people outside drinking beer and hard liquor. They drink in the staircases and cat call to woman making them feel unsafe. I have also witnessed several people getting arrested here and most notably someone getting arrested at gunpoint just the building next to mine. If you are looking for a safe and peaceful place to live this place most certain is not it.
Update:
It’s worse now, there’s people in the evening sitting in there vehicle blaring loud music with the windows down. This music also is very explicit and not friendly. If you have kids this is not the place"

"We stopped by to tour Allora District West and were very impressed! Loved the location with easy access to Westpark toll and HEB just 7 minutes away. Resort style pool, a fully equipped fitness center, great floor plans and really great pricing! The leasing staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Looking forward to referring our clients to the property."
"The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Especially Trey he’s very nice! Also, the property’s upkeep is very good and maintenance staff are quick to respond! I already renewed my lease for another year, definitely recommend Allora District West for anyone looking for a new place. Also, we are not severely affected by the crazy Texas weather like flooding and power outages."
"Amanda was very helpful with information and going on the tour of the one bedroom apartments. She was able to get my application in and I was able to move in quickly like I wanted to. The apartment community is really nice. The gym and business center are very convenient. The pool looks great! Everything is clean and it's nice and quiet."
