"What's not to like about this property? Location is ideal, the grounds and building are kept immaculate AND the leasing office is super friendly and helpful. I relocated from out of state and Karina helped set me up before I even arrived which was a saving grace. Along with all the outstanding leasing and maintenance staff, if you're 55+ this is a great place to call home. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Alders Magnolia for making me feel so welcome!"
"I’ve been living at Alders Magnolia for almost 3 years. Great place to live. Lots of amenities. Lawrence, head of our maintenance team , is very efficient and professional ,completes the task. We have a wonderful staff here but most of all the people that live here are like family."
"Alders Magnolia is such a great place and I cannot wait for my dad to join the community. Active activities everyday, breakfast every Friday, Live performances, casino night was a hit! food trucks every other Friday, H-E-B right across the street, heated pool in the winter as well as a Jacuzzi and so much more. They also have a guest suite that is rentable at a low rate for your family/friends. Property is well kept daily and everyone on the staff is very friendly."
"Currently living at Alders Magnolia since July 2023. Really enjoy the facility and their Maintenance Supervisor Lawrence, has always been extremely responsive for any minor adjustments to doors and/or even the A/C unit that was non-functioning when we first moved into the unit. Really appreciate his efforts and believe that he is the same for all residents. Thanks Alders staff!"
"Alders magnolia is wonderful. This place has wonderful staff, Great lodging and one of the most beautiful fireplaces I’ve seen in the atrium. Lawrence is a great maintenance man and super friendly.
My parents have been here nearly two years and it has been such a blessing.
