"I had a very disappointing experience with the management at this apartment complex. They were very friendly and accommodating when I was looking for a room, which gave me a false sense of security. Once I moved in, however, their attitude completely changed. Whenever I had an issue or complaint, they were dismissive and unhelpful. There was a particular staff member ( big butt and thighs) in the office who would always tell me there was nothing they could do about my issues, and then proceed to ask for more information about my report. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a supportive and responsive management team."
