"I absolutely love my little cute 3 bedroom apartment:) Martha and Evelyn are a really great fit to manage this property. I've lived here for almost two years and will renew for another year in April. They are quick to fix anything going wrong, which for me, hasn't been much but when I need it, they don't delay:) I love the location as well!! I jog from here to the park right in our community and the water is just a cherry on top!:) I'm grateful for my home:)"
"This apartment is very affordable and safe. That's all oh and the office staff is nice and people around the complex are nice. The inside is ok my apartment is very nice . The carpet wasn't replaced and feels nasty I can't walk barefoot. The refrigerator needs to be replaced and roaches keep getting in my refrigerator. The roaches own this place I just pay rent, they sprayed one time and never came back. I put down boric acid but when you have nasty neighbors what can you expect? My neighbors are so loud day and night. I work from home and I have no peace. I feel like I'm in hell. My neighbors (both) smoke and every time my a. c comes on the nasty cigarette smoke blows in my unit. No point in complaining because nothing ever comes of it. I cannot wait until my lease is up . Update 11/24 All my concerns have been addressed..Thank you for such a rapid response ???"
"Terrible place to live. So happy to finally be out and I urge everyone considering this place to really look into it. Terrible management, buildings are literally falling apart and have mold/ mildew in the walls and air vents. So much dust that air filters don’t even last a week. Carpet just pulls right up and they paint over everything instead of cleaning before you move in. If it rains you the sidewalks and pathways all flood inches deep, not to mention all the bugs and smoke from neighbors that fill your apartment all the time. Floors are uneven and walls are all cracked. Overall terrible experience and management is no help at all. We could not bring a baby home to this place, So glad to be out!"
"I’ve been here almost 5 months and I love them. They’re very quiet it’s a small community. It seems very family oriented. Evelin and Martha are super helpful and genuine. They take care of the work orders quick! We came home to a surprise for our pets as well! I’m grateful to have come across this community! :)"
"I have been here since 2017. The newest managers Martha and Evelin have been phenomenal in upgrading the service and interaction with the tenants. I love living here and I have been through some really rough issues and they have always been eager to help my family through them. They are very nice and welcoming. I recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a good place to live"
