"Update 1/12/25:
At the time of this review, I've lived here for almost 8 months and I would warn others to stay away from renting here. Since early July, I've had issues with water leaking into my bedroom through the sliding glass door. I've submitted several service requests across that time and it's still not fixed completely. I talked to my next door neighbor and they said they've had that same issue for over a year. Back in November, there was a sewage issue and as a result there were puddles of human sewage outside (brown with toilet paper scraps). I also recently dealt with water leaking from the outside and causing a large bubble to form on my wall inside. The neighborhood is prone to flooding (especially the courtyards) and the units + infrastructure are falling apart due to their old age. They also charge you crazy amounts on water bills AND sewage bills. The only redeeming feature is the location, that is it. Hands down the worst place I've lived in 10+ years of renting."

"I had lived here for the past three years. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tammy, Russ and Amy. They have always been extremely helpful with any questions I had and working with me. They treated me like family instead of just a client. the community is beautiful and i always felt safe living there. Hoping to be able to come back to this complex in the future. many thanks to those there and highly recommend seeking them out if you plan to move in!"
"I would not recommend moving here to anyone. Company is trying to turn profit owning 60 year old building, resulting in obviously stressed office workers.
September 3rd edit: on the August 21st I've had missed call from the apartments, despite me not picking up workers showed up, proceeded to cut open area under the sink and put cardboard to cover it, they assured me repair ticket is already open and drywall will be installed by the end on the week, never happen. Management is not competent enough for the size of the complex I presume.
Please check your inbox as you completely ignored questions regaring deposit inspection, waiting 4 plus days for you to acknowledge my forwarding address is simply not acceptable. And frankly I'd expect more from the "best in the business"."
"I am looking for an apartment there. And the agent Eymi Rodriguez was very nice to me both times I was there. She showed interest and her service attitude is very professional. She speaks Spanish and English (very important) she helps to clarify doubts.
She is new there and I was surprised by her friendliness and willingness. It is really important the customer service and she shows interest in this even being a long day of work for her and for me .
I appreciate her willingness and help in my management. In addition to the coffee :)"
