"Bella was really great and the move in process was easy. It’s really quiet and for this to be an older building it is really well kept. From
The valet to the Conceirge it is dry welcoming and elegant. The elevators are slow but it’s a high rise and older building that is to be expected. But so far so good. We have a lot of space and love it!"
"I lived in 7 Riverway 13 years ago and it was outstanding! After selling my home I moved back in for a year I was amazed how horrible it has becone!
The elevators are ALWAYS broken! One morning residents waited 20 minutes for an elevator! I went to the front desk to speak to the property manager and she scolded me and told me she wasn't "on" for 10 minutes!
The cleaning and maintenance could not be more wonderful. The property manager could not be worse! She is rude and dismissive to residents.
With all the apartments in this city - steer clear of this one!"
"In search of the same exceptional service provided by Willow Bridge (formerly Lincoln Company), I decided to visit 7 Riverway after The Morgan Company took over all the properties in the Memorial District, including The Fountains @ Memorial. I found Morgan Co service too impersonal—like talking to Siri or ChatGPT. I am glad I found 7 Riverway, I was delighted to discover that the warmth and personalized attention I valued (I have known for a decade) at Willow Bridge Management was very much present here. The building is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but the staff, including the maintenance team and Bella, the leasing officer, made me feel welcomed and assured of their prompt service. I am excited to prepare the necessary documentation to make 7Riverway my new home once my current lease is up. This visit reaffirmed my decision to pursue a residence managed by Willow Bridge due to its unparalleled commitment to tenant satisfaction."

After 14 years at 7 Riverway, and soon to be 15, I can confidently say it's not just an apartment building – it's a community unlike any other. Here's why I consider myself a raving fan:

One of the most significant factors in my extended stay is the building's exceptional maintenance. Our resilience during the last hurricane, where not a single window broke, speaks volumes about the quality of construction. The dedication to upkeep ensures a safe and comfortable living environment.
The Heart of 7 Riverway: A Stellar Team
However, the true gem of 7 Riverway is its people. Over the years, I've interacted with many staff members, but the management team truly shines. Susan, the assistant manager, is an absolute rock star! She consistently goes above and beyond to address resident concerns. She listens attentively, takes every issue seriously, and works tirelessly to find solutions. Her genuine care for the well-being of the tenants is truly heartwarming. The building is incredibly fortunate to have her.
I'd also be remiss not to mention Jeana and Bella, who are fantastic members of the management team as well. They are always helpful, professional, and contribute to the overall positive atmosphere at 7 Riverway.
Beyond the Apartment: A Vibrant Community
7 Riverway fosters a fantastic sense of community. The bi-monthly Saturday brunches are a delightful way to connect with neighbors, and the various events throughout the year keep things engaging. I also love spending time at the recently renovated cinema room, the sparkling pool, and the well-equipped gym.
A Decision I Never Regret
Choosing 7 Riverway all those years ago was an excellent decision, and it continues to be so. The combination of a well-maintained building, fantastic amenities, and a warm, welcoming community (thanks in no small part to Susan, Jeana, and Bella's dedication) makes this place truly special. If you're searching for a place to call home, look no further than 7 Riverway!"
"When looking to move to a new residence, you might be initially impressed by the location, the building structure, the physical appearance, yet all that is superficial. What is really important and meaningful is the attitude, and the feeling of genuine welcoming by the staff, and the new friends and neighbors. From our initial meeting with staff including Jeana, Bella, Elias, Antonio, to the strangers we met in the elevators, there was a sense of community and happiness at 7 Riverway, more so, than at other places we visited. With age and experience you learn to make better decisions. Moving here was a good decision.
