"I moved to the property in September 2022. For the full first year, I loved it. Unfortunately, management has changed multiple times since I’ve lived at the property. In 2023, I got a dog, which caused me to be out and in the hallways more. It caused me to run into all my neighbors more often as well. I am cordial with everyone, and I guess he took that as an invitation to be more forward. He approached me and asked for my number. I wasn’t comfortable with that, but told him he could get my Instagram information instead. I am a 26 year old living alone, and I was worried about rejecting him and making him angry. He lived just a couple of doors down from me, and every woman knows that can end dangerously for us. Unfortunately, my neighbor later DMd me a crude message (which I attached) and I reported it. We crossed paths again, as expected because he lived in such close proximity to me and I had to walk my dog. When he saw me, he seemed embarrassed by his behavior and stuttered out an apology. I was hopeful that would be the end of everything. I renewed my lease September 2024, and in October he put a disturbing note on my door (also attached). I freaked out and reported him to the office and filed a police report out of fear and concern. Even the police officer who took my report spoke to the bizarre and unsettling nature of the note. I decided to locate a new place to live. 36Sixty responded to my decision by charging me $2714 for a penalty for breaking my lease and stated that I had to give a 60 day notice, even though I have told them I feel very unsafe living next to a seemingly sexual deviant. After innumerable emails and back and forth with management, they finally decide that in order for me to move out early, I will need to sign a document saying I will not sue them for the $2714 they made me pay for my early lease termination. This is all happening in spite of the fact that my lease explicitly states that sexual harassment and stalking are exceptions for reasons a tenant can break a lease. In addition they also don’t keep their property maintained. I have had my mirror crash down in my bathroom. When the workers came out to make the repair, they stated that there were no brackets on the mirror to hold it up and glue could not hold the mirror and keep it affixed to the wall. The property overall is dirty and unmaintained, and the dog park is disgusting and not useful because of all the dog poop that is piled up. There are also dog droppings and urine throughout the hallways, and broken doors that are supposed to be locked at all times. Since the doors are broken, anyone can go inside. There are also random grocery carts left in the stairwells like the one attached. Management has been extremely unprofessional and disappointing not just to me but other residents. In December 2024 there was a pajama social in the leasing office, and food and prizes were given out. Imani and Kennedy employees of 36Sixty were amazing and friendly, but Jordan (manager at 36Sixty) was a different story. My neighbor attended the social and immediately could sense that Jordan didn’t want to be there. He was off-putting the whole time he was there, and once the food was given to the residents, he raced out of the building. Also, when I could not get ahold of Cary (Community manager) about my situation with my neighbor, me and my mom went to the leasing office looking for him. I asked Jordan about my refund for breaking my lease, and he laughed and said that is not how it works. When I pulled out my phone to show him my lease and how it explicitly stated that sexual harassment was grounds for breaking the lease without penalty, he tried to re-word his phrasing saying it would be up to Cary regarding whether or not I could get my refund. Other residents have had issues with black mold, roaches and people stealing packages. If you’re a a single woman don’t move here. Men will watch your movements (for years in my case) and the Morgan group will do nothing about it, even if it’s because you feel unsafe walking out of your apartment door."
