"Im a long time resident here and I've been through all kinds of changes at this property. The new manager, Mercy L., is very attentive to the residents and the property. She has taken immediate action when I've reported things to be fixed or otherwise. I appreciate her actually caring about our needs and doing what she can to help."
"Do not move here. Office is horrible they do not answer the phone. There’s been a leaking sewer line for the past month near the play ground located in the 600 buildings they always say they are working on it never any results. Roaches everywhere they also claim the pest control people come every Tuesday I think but it’s never any sign they been in your house when you request them to come office does nothing about it. The trash is ridiculous. Trash over runs the dumpsters and sits there for weeks makes the place look junky. But they wanna charge for trash and sewer. What are they doing with the money? For the amount of the rent you pay you expect things to be better the front of the apartments look nothing like the back it’s horrible. I will not be renewing next year"

"Manager is never around nor wants to talk to residents about issues and concerns in relation to the property. I been here for 2 years so far and it has dropped drastically in communication, cleanliness, etc.Roaches are popping up everywhere. I left for a day and came back to several dead ones in my living space."
"So far my car has been broken into and almost stolen. I have been held up at gunpoint and gun shots being fired close by my apartment. Difficult to communicate with management. Everything is to be done through an app except when management says otherwise. I would only recommend it if you have no other choice.
Administration doesn't return care! The management can only do so much, but corporate is the who is at fault."
