"I have had the best experience here with the leasing staff Three corners east apartments. The day I walked in, everyone has been very helpful. Ana has always helped me with any questions and concerns that I’ve had for my unit. And she has Accommodated me with concerns I’ve had. The maintenance staff has also been able to help me on time when I had emergencies with the unit. I appreciate everyone who helps me when I call the leasing office. Thank you for all that you do."
"When the apartment was given to me It had a hole in the wall, trash still inside, missing cabinetry, it wasnt painted, the tub was yellow, and furniture was left inside. Ive been here 2 months and its one thing after another. They left that trash outside my apartment for 1 month. My fridge has broken TWICE lost $200 of food BOTH times. and each time it took them 4-5 days to fix it. When I called the second time to see what could be done since i lost $200 of food and my electric bill was $300 in a one bedroom since it was running a broken fridge they said they werent going to help me. This is by far the worst experience in an apartment I've ever had. No one responds to emails and the manager will avoid you."
"Currently living here and it’s great for what it is . Simple design , great price , however small problems like water issues and bugs can be a turn off . If they fix this issue the apartments would be a 5/5 . Great laundry on site , and pools and gym ."
"This apartment complex is extremely disgusting roach infested and management didn't care. There is something they do care about more than anything collecting rent and catering to illegal aliens. My front door was set on fire and they did nothing to fix the problem. They couldn't even repair the charred door."
"This place is an amazing place to live! Ana in the office is soo attentive and helpful!! My Mom and I have lived here for many years and we love this place!!
