"Mia assisted me with my inquiry regarding renting an apartment at Royal Oaks. She was very patient , thorough in answering my questions, attentive to the details of what I was looking for in my new home, and took me on a tour of the apartment without making me feel rushed, as I have felt when touring at other apartment complexes. Overall, Mia provided EXCELLENT customer service, and I am certain this also extends to the tenants of this apartment community! The apartment was very clean, modern, and spacious ! During my visits to four different properties, I found that not a single person acknowledged my presence. It's clear that if I were looking to live anywhere, 2828 Royal Oaks would be my top choice. They created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, and the office not only smelled great but also looked fantastic."
"This place I made the biggest mistake moving here and I mean a damn dumb decision but I’m going to have the last lol o don’t live like this 1st off I haven’t even been here 6 months lol and they stole 2 of my packages 3 they stole my mothers package and she’s here visiting then I go and ask them to put a Amazon locker here she never tried to get it 2nd loud ass neighbors who seem to think they on a island or nightclub partying all nite nothing was done about then u go and report about the upstairs neighbors and her kids running jumping half the night no control over her damn kids it’s disgusting then u got a guy who the hell I don’t know in my business who I told to mind his business and he lied to the damn police and told them I had a weapon and I get what locked up for a damn lie but I got some
