"This complex can be nice, regarding the staff(they do their best with the situation at hand, must be hard working with some of the other low life tenants), amenities, and quality of the building/units. However it is neither safe or clean. On "scheduled" trash-day, the valet fails to pick up trash from the bins, leaving a mess at some units and wasting money of the people who pay for this service. Some tenants should be screened thoroughly for criminal history and mental illness, so the safety of other tenants is not affected. Outside my unit, constant fighting(verbal and physical) can be heard."
"Staff is super friendly. Maranda has been such a huge help since we moved in. Community is quite and always clean. Love the amenities beyond words can explain. Having such a beautiful view of the pool makes our apartment like an oasis and that’s priceless."

"I've been here for almost 2 months now, and I really enjoy staying here. The maintenance team here is top notch. Gates and parking is secure and well lit. Plus the leasing office with Shania and Miranda is excellent. The apartment itself is luxury with plenty of cabinet and storage space for a one bedroom."
"I am a new resident and I have been working with Maranda during the move in process. She has been extremely patient and very informative whenever I have questions. Sje always take my calls and if she missed a call, she would always call me back the same day. She even trusted me to walk my unit by myself when she injured her ankle and couldn’t come up the stairs! She is amazing and I look forward to leasing here."
