"I have had a great experience with this leasing office, and I want to especially highlight Jessica, who is by far the best manager I’ve ever encountered. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I have an issue or question, she handles it promptly and efficiently. Her friendly and approachable attitude makes a huge difference in the overall experience of living here.
What truly sets Jessica apart is her sincerity and genuine care for the residents. Beyond the professionalism and efficiency that any good property manager should have, she goes above and beyond to put residents’ needs first. You can feel that she treats every resident like family, and she takes their concerns as her own. "I moved into 1900 Yorktown around 3 months ago and my experience has been amazing. All the issues or problems that have came up are always fixed with instant solutions. I have mostly been going to Melissa for help with anything and she's absolutely awesome I can't rave about her enough. Always willing to help me with a smile on her face. "Just signed my fourth lease at 1900 Yorktown and have not had a moment’s regret since moving in. Great location. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities of both management and tenants.
Only good things to say about the staff: Jessica Gonzalez (Property Mgr.) and Merrick Fernandez (Asst. Property Mgr.) are professional, friendly and truly interested in providing a welcoming and enjoyable living experience here. The maintenance staff is also pleasant and very responsive. Maintenance issues have always been addressed in a timely manner.
My interactions with other residents have always been friendly and positive. Occasional resident events and gatherings help to engender a sense of community.
Appreciate the assigned parking space, individual access to the package room, food truck Thursdays, and also the periodic email reminders of the community rules that make for a clean and peaceful environment.

"I needed to find an apartment at the last minute but live out of town. After sending an inquiry, Jessica reached out and allowed me to do the tour through zoom. After deciding to move in, she helped me set everything up and has walked me through every step to ensure that the move in process was as smooth as possible. The entire staff is extremely sweet and helpful.
Besides having astounding customer service, the apartments are in a good location. I love the layout, extremely spacious and great amenities. And the area is fairly quiet. I am looking forward to living here"

The most outstanding person I got to know while I lived there was Jessica, the manager. She is always extremely helpful and pleasant and always has time for the residents.

"Been living here for nearly 3 years now and I’ve had a pretty smooth experience. The maintenance staff is quick to fix things and the office managers are approachable. Neighbors are also pretty quiet which is a plus if you work remotely from home."
