"I absolutely love living in this apartment! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything I need in downtown Houston. The building is well-maintained, and maintenance is fast.The management team is responsive and always helpful, making sure any issues are addressed quickly. My unit is modern, spacious, and has a great layout. The community is also friendly and welcoming.
That said, if you don’t like city noises, this place might not be for you. But if you love the energy of downtown living, it’s an amazing place to call home! Highly recommend!"
"Nice place to live. I lived here for 16 months with the 2 months free which was a steal. The natural lighting in my apartment was gorgeous, the office staff were always polite and responsive to any concerns, the monthly events were an added bonus, and the units were gorgeous. The only downfall is the area which includes homeless people roaming looking drugged out and unwanted noise from the bars in the corners but overall great place to live ?I would have stayed another lease term if I could have gotten another special."

"After touring 1810 Apartments, I must say that while the amenities exude luxury, the overall experience fell short. The tour guide was refreshingly straightforward and down-to-earth about my feedback regarding the building and the available views.
Despite their honesty, the building's overall appeal, aside from the amenities, was lacking. The views outside of select units were disappointing, the garage felt unsafe, and the building showed signs of wear. While the kitchen finishes were noteworthy, the rest of the apartment felt average at best.
Even with the guide's candor, I left feeling unimpressed with 1810 Apartments."
"I’ve lived here almost a year now, and while the building itself is great, however management is average at best. Any time theirs any incidents or issues it’s unlikely you’ll be notified in any way shape or form. Which is not only sometimes dangerous but also causes allot of building congestion and preventable inconveniences."

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience living at 1810 Main! Initially, I didn't plan to leave a negative review, but the situation has become intolerable. My lease had numerous discrepancies, notably missing details about early termination and reletting fees, which assistant property manager Yadira failed to include. Initially, she insisted that I needed to give 60 days' notice and pay two months' rent, but after reviewing my contract myself, I pointed out the errors. Now, she's claiming I owe for concessions for May and June 2023, which had already been applied.
The issues didn't stop there. I paid my rent on April 3, and Yadira quickly tried to add a 10% late fee, which was later removed by the property manager after I provided proof of payment. Now, as I'm preparing to move out on April 21, she's threatening to charge me for carpet replacement, claiming it's badly damaged, although it's just normal wear and tear—I plan to provide before and after photos. Additionally, they left all the lights on in my unit after I had disconnected the electricity, planning to charge me for that too.
This experience has been a lesson in the importance of thoroughly reading your contract. For those with older leases, you might find you can break your lease without major consequences. I'm currently seeking to discuss these issues with corporate, and if necessary, I will take further steps.
Additionally, for three weeks, they labeled my mailbox as vacant and tried to pin it on the postal workers, suggesting they might have accidentally removed it—which is unlikely since the label is laminated.
Please save yourself the hassle with this place. The rent they're asking for isn't worth it at all. It's disappointing, especially since I moved all the way from Maryland without seeing the apartment, hoping that a new building would mean a fresh start.
Also, don’t be misled by the positive reviews. When I first moved in, they requested that I leave a review right away, which doesn't allow for a genuinely reliable assessment. At that moment, you might feel inclined to just go along and support them."
