"I recently moved in and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far! Jasmine has been incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process, always friendly and very responsive. Ginger has also been great with any specific requests that arise. The location is fantastic, and the views are unbeatable!
[Update 11/30/24] Nvm, it’s been around 6 months since I’ve moved in and unfortunately if my packages aren’t getting stolen then my car is getting broken into. I’m not sure why the apartment doesn’t hire a full time security guard when the crime rate here is so high. Below are pictures of my car from the parking garage. Also to add, this month an entire car was stolen from inside the garage."
"I've been living in this apartment since September 2023, and I must say, the management leaves much to be desired. While they try to clean specific areas to create a good impression with chemical solid scents, the overall maintenance is lacking. Despite the initial appeal of the lovely apartment and pool, several issues have persisted. The pool's glass went unrepaired for five weeks when it was 100 degree outside in June 2024, the gym consistently lacks weights, some rooftop grills don't work, and there's a strange rule prohibiting birthday parties or gatherings at the pool area.
The rooftop pool, undoubtedly the property's highlight, is marred by these management restrictions. Additionally, when the garage door broke down two months ago, it took them more than a month to fix it, resulting in a security breach where tires were stolen. Furthermore, my mail went missing last month, and my Mexican neighbor next door constantly smokes weed in the hallway, creating a nuisance.
I felt it necessary to share my frustrations so that you can make an informed decision before choosing to move here. The management really needs to step up their game significantly to justify the rent we pay in this complex. The intercom system they use to let guests in is constantly broken. So you’ll have to go down to let in guests and your food orders.
I also need to add that all the 5-star reviews are here due to win a free rental month, so it’s a sign how desperate they are to play games to improve to google reviews artificially. Before you move ask current resident some questions to get genuine reviews. Unfortunately, I give one star to balance all the 5-star artificial reviews like the plastic flowers and the extreme scent they use!"

"I see they’re still getting friends and family to post fakes reviews? Easily the worst property within The Heights. The unit I occupied nearest the bar flooded everytime it rained while I was there and not a single email was sent out. The hallway carpet wasn’t cleaned either so this is probably why there is so much mold throughout the building. The gym and pool are usually trashed and occupied by folks that do not live on property themselves. THEN they have the nerve to charge you a cleaning fee as well as paint fee on move out no matter how spotless you leave your place.
I think they have a high volume turn over, so they try to find ways to charge you any way that they can."
"I've been here a year, and just renewed for another 12 months. The staff in the office are really sweet and helpful. The maintenance guys are quick, and always friendly as well. I can walk to so many places, so it's very convenient. I recommend this place. I'm happy here!]"
