"We have lived at this property for over 18 years, and let me tell you, it has been amazing! The property is so quiet and the office staff is so helpful and understanding! They hold events every month to stay close to the residents which is very amazing to me! The maintenance staff takes care of needs quickly and efficiently when needed and responds with kindness! The Ranch at Champions is so amazing and I can't wait to stay here for years to come!"
"Mari and the ladies inside the office have been a blessing. They have really helped us out with anything we have ever called on them welcomed us in our new home with open arms they really care about their tenants and the community. Love being part of The Ranch at Champions."
"Generally, the surroundings are quiet and silent. The house is old and not well insulated, I stayed on the top floor, when it rained, the water was under the roof many times and the attendant repaired the roof. It rained again and water came from the roof again. I called again and they fixed it again. And water flowed from the roof again. In the end, I didn't call anymore :) The washing machines are very old and useless, I had to have it repaired a few times and finally they changed it. The insulation of my house was not good, in the winter I had to close the window of the room I slept in with insulation nylon from the inside because the house didn't warm up when it was cold. Also, there were a lot of cockroaches. We were charged many times for pest control, but I had to live with cockroaches. The worst part is that after I left the house, they charged me an extra $260 for pest control, garbage and management fees, even for 20 days after I left. Other than that, it's a good place. The decision is yours."
"I am extremely disappointed with the management of and feel compelled to share my recent experience to warn potential residents. On Aug 6th, 2024, between 7:25 pm and 7:30 pm CST, my vehicle was damaged by the exit gate of the apartment. The gate malfunctioned, opening and then closing while my car was still in the middle, resulting in significant damage to my bumper. Despite providing clear evidence, including photos and details of the incident, the management has refused to admit fault or take responsibility for the repairs. My insurance will not cover this damage, and the management’s refusal to address the issue is both frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, several other residents have reported similar issues with the gate closing unexpectedly, posing a serious safety hazard. The fact that management has not taken immediate action to fix this dangerous gate is deeply concerning and reflects a complete disregard for the safety and well-being of their residents. If you are a current resident and have experienced similar damage to your vehicle due to the faulty gate, I urge you to take this matter to court. It’s clear that the management is unwilling to address these issues responsibly, and legal action may be necessary to hold them accountable. Overall, the lack of accountability and negligence displayed by the management. I strongly advise against living here until they take serious steps to rectify these issues and ensure the safety of their residents."
"A great apartment complex run by great people. In particular, Desire has always been helpful, friendly, prompt, and enthusiastic. She and the rest of the team always seek new ways to improve the apartment’s amenities and works hard to organize events to create a sense of community, that I haven’t seen in other apartment complexes. I also feel safe and secure living here at the Ranch at champions!"
