"I have given only the maintenance man Mr. Theo five golden stars because he's very, very loving & caring about the tenants here on the property. In addition he works extremely hard, professional, taking much pride in every assignment that's required here at Town Park Townhomes. This is the GREATEST maintenance guy that I ever seen thus far in my life!!! He's very, very helpful and respectful!!! He works so,so hard without complaining, I really do think that he should get a paycheck raise. Hopefully Town Park reviews my comment and consider increasing his paycheck soon. HE'S SO DESERVING!!!

Apt at responding whenever he's detailed to fix up complaints, Today he was detailed to my apartment to fix the heater because it stopped working, he came promptly to fix the heater and went extra to change the Airconditioner filter. Rochelle is so excellent at listening to me whenever I have request or complaint and making sure it is resolved. I love the environment and neighbours. The neatness of the environment is one of the things that endeared me to Townpark Townhome.

"My experience with them has been good over the years. The office personnel is responsive to repairs and emergencies. Like today we had a partial outage and they made sure someone came. The maintenance technician went beyond for us even making sure our heating unit was working. Also changed the air filter. He gave good and professional service."
